An analysis of the state of the battery is of utmost importance since this is the starting point to define the feasibility of the first stage of this study. In Ecuador there are some areas that do not have electricity service, that is why this research generates a contribution to society with an emerging system that has the ability to light an LED lamp through the energy of the battery that was assumed would no longer be useful in any field. For this study, the data of the battery and the consumption of LED lamp were taken through the experimental method, with measuring tools such as amperimetric clamp and automotive multimeter. It was observed that the data obtained from the average consumption of the lamp is 0.35A, the current state of charge of the battery after being used in the vehicle has 180V in total of all its cell block and when the lamp is connected its charge is reduced by 1.4 for every hour that the lamp is kept on. The objective of the article is to promote a comprehensive approach in the practice of physical activities and sports for athletes with visual impairment in Ecuador, in order to promote their full inclusion in the sporting arena and improve their athletic performance. The importance of promoting the inclusion of people with visual impairment in sports is highlighted, underlining the physical and psychological benefits that this process can provide. Then, the current situation of visually impaired athletes in Ecuador is analyzed and the obstacles they face to fully participate in physical and sporting activities are identified. Various strategies and programs that can be implemented to improve the inclusion and performance of athletes with visual impairment in Ecuador are explored. These include adapting sports facilities, training coaches and health professionals, and promoting an inclusive mindset in society. The objective is to promote its preservation and appreciation, while training university students for the development of pedagogical practices linked to society. The methodology of action research, empirical, with a qualitative approach of bibliographic review, allowed gathering the information to present this article; establishing as a result the valuation of the Afro-Smeraldean culture in the university community, allowing to acquire an understanding of the importance of cultural diversity, equity and inclusion. For this reason, our study aims to establish the areas with the highest incidence and susceptibility to forest fires in the area of Las Mercedes, Sancán, canton Jipijapa. The analysis is based on data collected from geospatial sources, in which the methodology proposed in Colombia by the Institute of Hydrology, Meteorology and Environmental Studies (IDEAM) was taken as a reference.
