A moving boundary model is introduced to describe the transient phenomena of evaporator, which is an important component of ORC. Based on the partial-differential equations expressing the conservation principles of mass and energy, coupled with flue gas and tube wall energy equations, a set of ordinary-differential equations can be obtained by integrating separately over the three regions: unsaturated liquid, liquid-vapor mixture, and the superheat vapor. The state space equation of evaporator can be derived by linearizing the obtained equations at the operating point. Robust control is just brought out to deal with system uncertainty, whose research emphasis is to discuss the resistance of the system's certain characteristics or index to some disturbance. This article in view of the electric arc furnace system's nonlinear mathematical model, combining with the feedback linearization output tracking control, designed index robust adaptive control which based on Backstepping method. The simulation results show that: the design of the L2 index robust adaptive controller has better tracking performance and robustness than PID controller. It proves the correctness of the designed algorithm from the hardware point of view. A subspace identification method for the roll and pitch coupling model is proposed. The roll and pitch coupling model of a hovering miniature unmanned helicopter is deduced to obtain an identification model structure for use in the subspace method. The roll and pitch model is identified based input and output data using the subspace method. In this paper, the method based on SDG (Signed Directed Graph) and Bayes theory is applied to fault diagnosis of the equipment. According to SDG model and Bayes theory, this method finds the consistent path and gets the optimizing model of the diagnosis. Then the optimal combination is calculated by implicit enumeration method. Finally, this method is applied to the lubrication system of gas turbine & compressor unit. The model is more robust, more adjusts the membership function automatically and more dynamics in the rule optimal control than the traditional rule-based fuzzy control. And it is trained by the optimal production data in the actual process of lysine substrate feeding. The output of the substrate feeding inverse model is the real-time input of system. The particular properties of pan-tilt joint are analyzed. And then, A MIMO second order sliding mode controller is designed. The proposed approach can eliminate the high frequency chatter and improve the control robustness and accuracy as the same as classical sliding mode. The designed controller also works well even under the lower frequency control, and such relaxes the limit to controlled plants. The challenges of AUV's operability in clutter environment have led the researchers to develop intelligent control architectures composed of distributed, independent and asynchronous behaviors, so the multi-agent system is applied. A fault recovery architecture is designed to call the decision algorithm and supervise the implementation of the autonomous mission based on petri net formalism, which can respond to the changes in the environment and internal issues. External disturbances are eliminated through L2 controller. A robust controller incorporated with switching control scheme is proposed against the parameter uncertainties with guaranteed stability. Different from conventional parameter adaptive learning method, the decreasing problem of learning precision can be avoided due to the fast varying of uncertain parameters, and parameter switching law can be obtained through the Lyapunov stability theory. The proposed controller yields asymptotical convergence to the given depth for the vehicle. Back EMF detection circuit noise and interference introduced by the PWM signal will affect the Back EMF zero-crossing detection signal, resulting in fluctuations and drift, using conventional MT solution method to extract rotor speed information can not effectively filter out interfering signals, and achieve high stability speed control. To improve speed stability control performance, accurate information to extract the rotor speed is needed as the feedback of controller. This paper designed a second-order state observer based on the speed of detection, compared with the conventional speed demodulation algorithm can effectively filter the back EMF zero-crossing signal interference, and accurately extract the rotor speed information.
