For shoot regeneration from epicotyl segments after Agrobacterium-mediated transformation, Murashige-Skoog (MS) medium containing 13 μM 6-benzylaminopurine and 1 μM α-naphthylacetic acid was used. Positive effect after treatments of seeds, seedlings and vegetative plants on the productivity and cabbage harvest has been established. Biological effectiveness of \"Vegetatin\" was at level of 48.9–53.6%, the stored yield –28.1 c/ha of cabbage heads.
