摘要

本文报道了农杆菌介导拟南芥(Arabidopsis thaliana) 35S启动子控制的ARGOS-LIKE转基因对苋菜(Amaranthus cruentus)品种“Bagryanyi”上胚轴片段的转化研究结果。农杆菌介导的上胚轴茎段再生采用含有13 μM 6-苄基氨基嘌呤和1 μM α-萘乙酸的MS培养基。在MS培养基中加入10 mg/L的潮霉素B进行转基因芽的筛选。
