According to the results of 16S rRNA sequencing, it was shown that the detected bacteria belong to the species Rothia amarae. Using microbiological, microscopic and immunochemical methods, the correspondence of the obtained strain to the species Rothia amarae was also confirmed.","PeriodicalId":114265,"journal":{"name":"Abstract book of the 2nd International Scientific Conference \"Plants and Microbes: the Future of Biotechnology\" PLAMIC2020","volume":"70 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117080553","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
