However, as energy consumption continues to rise, environmental protection issues are becoming more and more prominent, and have become a common challenge faced by the world. In this paper, the data of China's gross domestic product (GDP), the consumption of each energy species and the energy consumption of each industry from 2011 to 2021 are selected for correlation analysis, and the gray correlation between various types of energy consumption and the development of the national economy is measured. Based on the above analysis, this paper finally puts forward a series of targeted policy recommendations, which are aimed at balancing the relationship between economic growth and environmental protection, promoting the green transformation of the energy industry, optimizing the energy structure, and reducing carbon emissions, so as to promote the realization of sustainable development.","PeriodicalId":113818,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Business, Economics and Management","volume":"73 s311","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141834868","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

How to improve enterprise ESG performance is very important, and green technology innovation is one of the key ways to achieve enterprise ESG goals. Based on the panel data of A-share listed companies from 2009 to 2022, this paper uses the fixed-effect model for empirical testing. The research shows that green technology innovation has a significant role in promoting the ESG performance of enterprises; Environmental regulation plays a negative regulating role. The green technology innovation is divided into green product innovation and green process innovation, and it is found that green process innovation contributes to the improvement of green product innovation, so as to promote the ESG performance of enterprises. The impact of green technology innovation on ESG performance of enterprises is heterogeneous. For state-owned enterprises, enterprises in central and western regions and heavily polluting enterprises, improving green technology innovation can have a more positive impact on ESG performance of enterprises. In addition, after a series of endogeneity and robustness tests, the above conclusions are still valid. Businesses and governments should work together to promote green technology innovation to enhance ESG performance and promote green and sustainable economic and social development.","PeriodicalId":113818,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Business, Economics and Management","volume":"99 s395","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141835212","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, with the continuous expansion of the scale of modern enterprises and the increasing complexity of various economic operations, the traditional comprehensive budget management lack of strategic orientation, poor information communication and other shortcomings are increasingly prominent, and it is difficult to adapt to the needs of modern enterprise development. The emergence of big data, cloud accounting for the modern enterprise comprehensive budget management change provides technical support, so that it can adapt to and meet the new needs and new challenges of the current budget management. This paper starts from the research status quo of comprehensive budget management and related theories, describes the impact of big data, cloud accounting for enterprise comprehensive budget management, and analyses the current implementation of comprehensive budget management of Company A as an actual case. It is found that there are problems such as unreasonable budget management organisational structure, imperfect budget analysis and evaluation mechanism, and unsound budget preparation and control mechanism in Company A. Based on the above findings, it is proposed to improve Company A's comprehensive budget management. Based on the above findings, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the organisational structure of the company's comprehensive budget management, establish the budget analysis and evaluation mechanism based on big data, and establish the budget preparation and control mechanism based on big data, with a view to providing certain reference for the application of the enterprise's comprehensive budget management.","PeriodicalId":113818,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Business, Economics and Management","volume":"117 5","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141835009","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Enhancing the quality of the environment and achieving a healthy coexistence between humans and the natural world while maintaining economic growth have emerged as critical challenges in China nowadays. As a result of the recent rapid advancements in digital technology, digital finance—a byproduct of both the industrial revolution and new technological revolution—has the potential to significantly impact the ecological environment, foster regional innovation, and enhance the use of energy in the process of economic development. There are currently less comprehensive studies on the influence of digital money on environmental protection in China, despite the fact that local academics have come to acknowledge the connection between financial development and environmental regulation. In light of this, the purpose of this article is to investigate, using both qualitative and quantitative methods, how digital finance affects China's environmental governance. This research uses sulfur dioxide emissions as a proxy for environmental pollution and uses Peking University's Digital Financial Inclusion Index to assess the level of digital financial development in each city. It focuses on examining the mechanisms of action and the diverse features of the development of digital finance in relation to environmental pollution in Chinese cities, and it makes specific policy recommendations based on panel data from 31 provincial capital cities between 2014 and 2020. The following are the paper's conclusions: first, it conceptually examines the ecological impact of digital finance from three angles.: scale, structure and technology; Second, an empirical test based on assessing the environmental pollution index and other indicators of 31 cities is conducted using the mediated impact analysis approach. The study's conclusion is that, to a certain extent, digital finance has reduced environmental pollution. This is because of its increased coverage, depth of use, and degree of digitization. Additionally, digital finance can lessen environmental pressure by encouraging the expansion of social and economic scale, enhancing technological innovation, and optimizing industrial structure.","PeriodicalId":113818,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Business, Economics and Management","volume":"111 s426","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141835099","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
