Through an empirical study of middle managers in this company, we hope to identify the positive or negative relationship between pay for performance intensity and work engagement and further analyse the factors that influence this relationship. This study adopts a quantitative research method by collecting relevant data and statistically analysing them in order to verify the relationship between pay-for-performance intensity and work commitment. The subjects of the study are middle managers of zlts company, who have important responsibilities and authority in the company and contribute to the company's performance. The results of the study show that there is a certain positive relationship between performance pay intensity and work engagement in zlts companies. That is, the higher the intensity of performance pay, the greater the work engagement of middle managers. This may be due to the fact that high performance pay provides incentives to motivate managers to put more effort into their work in order to achieve better performance. In addition, we identified a number of factors that influence the relationship between pay-for-performance intensity and work engagement. Among these, factors such as company culture, leadership style, and work environment may have an impact on this relationship. For example, middle managers are more likely to show better work engagement if the company focuses on rewarding performance and providing a good work environment and incentive system. The results of this study have important implications for human resource management in zlts company. By understanding the relationship between pay-for-performance intensity and work engagement, the company can better design incentive systems and management strategies to promote work engagement and performance improvement among middle managers.","PeriodicalId":113818,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Business, Economics and Management","volume":"75 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141834701","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The government encourages the mixed-ownership economy and supports the effective integration of state-owned and private capital, aiming to use the advantages of all parties to promote the common prosperity of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises. By 2020, the environmental protection industry has seen a significant \"reverse mixed-ownership reform\" upsurge. The impact of reverse mixed-ownership reform on the performance of private enterprises, and how private enterprises can utilize the advantageous resources of state-owned enterprises to achieve high-quality development have become hot topics. This article takes Qingxin Environment and Energy-saving Guozhen as case studies, using case analysis, event study, and comparative analysis methods to deeply explore the effectiveness of the reverse mixed-ownership reform of the two companies, and points out the risks and challenges encountered in the reform process. At present, there are many case studies on state-owned enterprises introducing private strategic investors, but there are very few comparative case studies on the reverse mixed-ownership reform of private enterprises. This paper provides valuable experience for private enterprises to participate in reverse mixed-ownership reform and enriches the case study of mixed-ownership reform by comparing the two cases.","PeriodicalId":113818,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Business, Economics and Management","volume":"25 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141834756","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Aiming at the prediction of emergency supplies in earthquake disasters, this paper collects historical earthquake data, including key factors such as magnitude, depth of epicenter, population density of the affected area, constructs the input layer of BP neural network, and utilizes the self-learning ability of the network for training to realize the prediction of the number of people injured in an earthquake, which in turn indirectly predicts the demand for emergency supplies. The experimental results show that the prediction model of the number of earthquake injuries based on BP neural network has excellent performance in prediction accuracy, and the operational coefficient of determination of the model R^2 reaches 0.93337, which indicates that the prediction results of the model have ahigh degree of correlation and accuracy with the actual values, and it is able to provide a more accurate and reliable reference for the rescue work of the emergency supplies after the earthquake.","PeriodicalId":113818,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Business, Economics and Management","volume":"13 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141834829","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle plays an important role in promoting the construction of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and consolidating the ecological barrier in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. However, the advancement of industrialization and urbanization has also led to the shrinkage of natural ecological space and degradation of ecosystem service functions in this region to a certain extent. Therefore, it is particularly urgent to conduct in-depth research on ecosystem services. Therefore, this paper takes the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle as the research object, and uses the equivalent factor method to calculate the ecosystem service value of different land types and different service types in 2005, 2010, 2015 and 2020. The results showed as follows: 1) Cultivated land and forest land were the main land types in Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration. 2) From the perspective of ecosystem service value contribution of different land types, the ranking order is: forest land > cultivated land > water area > grassland > unused land. 3) From the perspective of the value of ecosystem services at each level, the regulation services > support services > production services > cultural services.","PeriodicalId":113818,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Business, Economics and Management","volume":"5 2‐3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141834840","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Data were gathered from social media, e-commerce platforms, customer feedback, and IoT devices using tools such as Google Analytics, social media APIs, and web scrapers, resulting in 5 million posts and comments, 12 million order records, and 250,000 customer feedback entries. Data processing involved ETL processes, cluster analysis, regression analysis, and natural language processing (NLP) techniques. Cluster analysis revealed that frequent buyers constitute 30%, occasional buyers 45%, and new customers 25%. Regression analysis showed that the coefficients for advertising spend, price adjustments, and customer service ratings were 0.75, -0.35, and 0.65, respectively. Precision marketing strategies were formulated using recommendation systems, deep learning models, and real-time data analytics platforms. The VIP membership discount strategy is projected to increase sales growth by 15%, customer growth by 10%, and ROI by 200%. Precision marketing was implemented through email marketing, social media advertising, and personalized notifications. Multi-channel marketing results showed that email marketing had a click-through rate of 15%, a conversion rate of 5%, and a sales increase of $50,000. Social media advertising achieved a click-through rate of 25%, a conversion rate of 8%, and sales growth of $100,000. Personalized notifications resulted in a click-through rate of 20%, a conversion rate of 7%, and sales growth of $35,000. Marketing activities were evaluated and optimized in real-time using CRM systems, social media analytics tools, and A/B testing. The effectiveness of the marketing efforts was comprehensively assessed using metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLV), conversion rate, repeat purchase rate, and customer satisfaction. Empirical analysis demonstrated that precision marketing strategies significantly enhanced customer engagement, conversion rates, and sales growth.
