Study on Re-Employment Dilemma and Countermeasures of Over-Age Migrant Workers in Guangyuan City

Abstract

The aging trend of the population is gradually rising, the pace of urban-rural integration is accelerating, migrant workers belong to the main force of urban construction, at present, many places issued the "clearing order", prohibiting overage migrant workers to engage in the related risk and risk of higher work. Overage migrant workers this special group, re-employment is in trouble, this paper takes this as a starting point, through questionnaire survey and field interview methods, in the perspective of aging, analysis of Guangyuan overage migrant workers currently existing employment difficulties, for the overage migrant workers group, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
