Home textile industry has also carried out strategic planning for its own enterprise development according to the changes of The Times. Home textile enterprises want to gain a foothold in the industry, there is no way to expand their own development through the traditional way, only in this era to seek a differentiated and distinctive development path can have the opportunity to surpass other enterprises, the development of the rules will eventually be opened by other enterprises. Therefore, in 2011, Fuanna took the lead in focusing on the equity incentive, and soon implemented it. From the very beginning, she showed the benefits of the equity incentive and the imperfections. After several years of development, other home textile enterprises also began to imitate. Therefore, equity incentive is gradually emerging in the home textile industry. However, with the prevalence of equity incentive, many problems have also been exposed. Equity incentive does not bring long-term effect for home textile enterprises, and often loses its effect in one or two years. Through regression analysis, the home textile enterprises are analyzed empirically, and found that the disadvantages of equity incentive and can be optimized. Under the trend of modern external financing environment, more important is the ability of enterprises to repay debts. This paper theoretically expounds the influencing factors, analysis purpose, financial indicators and non-financial indicators of corporate debt paying ability. The graphical neural network algorithm, a sophisticated machine learning tool, offers high predictive accuracy and robustness, making it invaluable for advancing green financial markets. This experiment seeks to evaluate the effectiveness of graphical neural networks in green finance by analyzing their performance on the Green bonds dataset. The findings reveal that the algorithm predicted the issuance of Green bonds with an impressive 98.7% accuracy. Specifically, the amounts issued in 2014-2016 were $10 million, $50 million, and $75 million, while the predictions for 2017-2019 were $12 million, $55 million, and $90 million, respectively. After being standardized, China's trust industry has innovated a sustainable business model in inclusive financial services. On the capital side, trust companies raise funds through capital trust plans; on the asset side, they use funds through a variety of financial instruments. Compared with commercial banks and insurance companies, trust companies do not have obvious cost advantages on the capital side. However, Trust products have attracted the attention of the industry due to their flexibility and innovation. Among them, the traditional mode is characterized by the trust company giving full play to the financial function advantages given by the system, combining with small loan companies, policy guarantee companies and other institutions, effectively reducing transaction costs, reasonably sharing risks, and providing inclusive financial services for vulnerable groups. The study makes significant contributions by synthesizing diverse findings, categorizing them into perceptions, acceptance criteria, adoption and ethical considerations, offering a comprehensive and structured analysis of AI’s implications in recruitment. This study lays the foundation for future empirical research to validate and expand on the present findings. It emphasizes the need for more quantitative studies to asses AI’s impact on recruitment and explores the potential for hybrid approaches combining AI and human judgement for enhanced fairness and effectiveness. The study also underscores the importance of ongoing exploration of ethical considerations and development of responsible AI usage guidelines in recruitment.
