However, with Chinese economic development and industrial structure upgrading and transformation, the traditional agricultural development model has been unable to keep up with the needs of social development, so there is an urgent need for development to adapt to modern productivity. Traditional agricultural towns have inherent advantages but also face huge challenges to achieve agricultural transformation. This article collects information through interviews, and analyzes and summarizes the problems encountered in the transformation of Shilong Town, where traditional agriculture is the leading industry, in the process of transforming into a new type of agriculture. At the same time, combined with changes in Beijing's economic and industrial development, the authors use the method of industrial structure change coefficient to reveal the direction of Beijing's industrial structure change. On this basis, the grey correlation evaluation method is used to measure the correlation between water resources utilization and industrial structure in Beijing. And the Tapio elasticity coefficient method is used to determine the water elasticity coefficient for the three industries in Beijing. Studies have shown that during the \"Eighth Five-Year Plan\" to \"Thirteenth Five-Year Plan\" period, Beijing's industrial and agricultural water consumption has fallen rapidly, and domestic water consumption has risen rapidly, changing from the largest proportion of agricultural water to the largest proportion of domestic water. The average value of the change coefficient of the primary and secondary industry structure in Beijing is always negative, and the average value of the change coefficient of the tertiary industry structure is always positive. The tertiary industry is showing a relatively stable expansion trend. Beijing's primary industry has the highest correlation with water resources utilization, followed by the secondary industry, and the tertiary industry is the lowest. The correlation between the three industries in Beijing and the utilization of water resources has shown a gradual decline. According to the research results, 3G capital is the process of \"blood exchange to blood transfusion\" for the M & A (mergers and acquisitions) companies. The whole process solves the problem of zero-base budget based on organizational culture and talent system. Shopping apps like amazon, farfetch, and Taobao attract more and more consumers. The main reasons for consumers choosing online-shopping are as follows: Consumers have more choices of products. In addition, they can shop at any time and any place and they can save time and money. As more and more consumers use this new way, there are some non-negligible consequences on the real economy. The purpose of this paper is to figure out the influences on the real economy. There are four negative influences. Firstly, the lower cost of online stores will increase the bankruptcy of small and medium-sized enterprises. Secondly, online stores have lower demands of entity stores, which will affect the real estate industry. Thirdly, the wastage rate of staff in online stores is high. Fourthly, because of the lower cost of online stores, they can lower the price of the products. However, it is difficult to make sure that all prices are above price floor. In this situation, vicious competition may appear in the market. Firstly, the problem of person-post matching with uncertain preference information was described; then, according to the risk mapping function, the risk attitude factor of both parties was introduced to transform the uncertain preference information into an order value vector; then, the concept of person-post matching satisfaction was introduced and on this basis, considering the requirements of mutual satisfaction of the matching subjects of both parties, the optimal matching model of both parties' satisfaction was constructed.
