For it, the present investigation proposes to analyze the perception of the adolescent males and women on the Integral Sexual education in Lima - Peru. There was selected a random sample of 569 students (38.08 % males and 61.92 % women) between 10 to 20 years. The results showed that 83.63 % feels confidence to speak about sexuality, being the women those who have major faith than the males. 26.61 % prefers to speak about sexuality with its friends, 17.89 % with the teachers and in less percentage with the parents and brothers. The interrogated persons admit that to speak about the topic there's important the good teacher attitude, the safety and if the school develops the subject-matter. But the motives for which they don't speak about sexuality it is for the shame, the fear of the mockery or because the school does not offer the suitable ambience.","PeriodicalId":113450,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE Sciences and Humanities International Research Conference (SHIRCON)","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114473768","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, organizations cannot easily identify gaps related to personnel, information systems and business processes that hinder the improvement of their data analytics environment. In this context, maturity models evaluate, based on defined criteria, the current state of an organization and identify its maturity level in order to improve based on the findings. In this paper, a maturity model is proposed to identify gaps in analytics environment of financial companies that lead to the reduction of these. This model includes artifacts and evaluation criteria focused on technology, governance, data management, culture and analytics itself, which gives a broader and structured diagnosis process with respect to the analytics environment. The proposed model was tested in three companies of Peruvian financial sector and the results suggest that the specialists obtained a clearer perspective than their initial thoughts on the situation of the analytics environment of their companies.","PeriodicalId":113450,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE Sciences and Humanities International Research Conference (SHIRCON)","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116540761","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In research, some even employ commercial cars to house their devices. The high cost of all these components represents a limitation in the development of an autonomous vehicle system. Therefore, researchers have no option but to rely on experimentation under simulated environments or to use small vehicles that in many cases do not accurately represent a real parametric dynamic system. This article describes the design of an autonomous electric vehicle prototype, which includes control systems, microcontrollers, encoders, motor controllers, LIDAR, and cameras, with the aim of having a reference in the literature that is low-cost and whose program code is employable in a real-life context. The present vehicle, whose structure is based on a conventional tubular go-kart, has been provided with the capability of moving autonomously by using computer vision and artificial intelligence algorithms. This document records the first steps of the design taking into account parameters of a real-life environment and the flexibility of A.I. algorithms.","PeriodicalId":113450,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE Sciences and Humanities International Research Conference (SHIRCON)","volume":"86 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122868548","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This choice can involve a trial and error process that depends on the specific system. However, several hints on the behavior of general controllers can help the design process. This paper aims at providing hints for this design by presenting a comparison of two approaches, with two variants, for the control of a nonlinear system. These approaches are an input-output linearization with static-state feedback and dynamic-state feedback, and a sliding mode control with both fixed and adaptive gain. The obtained results for each method allow a discussion of their behavior in the presence and absence of disturbances.","PeriodicalId":113450,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE Sciences and Humanities International Research Conference (SHIRCON)","volume":"52 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116123527","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It was found, as part of the process, that as progress was made in the cycles, the results obtained by the majority of students expressed in grades have been slightly low.
