Hepatotoxicity is related to the physicochemical properties of drug-like compounds, especially their structural alerts. In this study, we developed a Bayesian model to predict the hepatotoxicities of 498 drug-like compounds based on their quantitative structure-toxicity relationships (QSAR). The devised model predicted the hepatotoxicity of these compounds using 25 structural descriptors (such as the ECFP6 fingerprint) and provided a sensitivity, specificity","PeriodicalId":112431,"journal":{"name":"Journal of the Korea Academia-Industrial cooperation Society","volume":"49 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140477554","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, we support disaster response decision-making based on standard operating procedures (SOP) to assist disaster managers who use a decision support system for the entire workflow process rather than for specific tasks. Additionally, we propose a process-based situation task phase to make the disaster manager's work more efficient. In this approach, each manager is provided with customized tasks specific to the task phase. The proposed method classifies situation managers based on their affiliations, the disaster type, and the departments. Tasks are mapped according to collaborative functions, ensuring that situation managers receive specific tasks that match the disaster type and their affiliations. This approach reduces the time and costs associated with adapting to new tasks when situation managers change their affiliations, ultimately enabling more efficient disaster management.","PeriodicalId":112431,"journal":{"name":"Journal of the Korea Academia-Industrial cooperation Society","volume":"152 ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140478976","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As a research method, workers with the highest risk among construction workers at building sites were divided into three age groups: Group 1 (20-35 years old), Group 2 (36-51 years old), and Group 3 (52-65 years old). The average heart rate, work intensity, and cumulative fatigue were measured for 21 days. In addition, the Carbonen formula was used to determine the work intensity, and the calculated daily and cumulative calorie consumption were used to express cumulative fatigue. By applying smart technology to construction sites, the current status of workers could be identified quickly, enabling an immediate response in the event of a disaster. In addition, cumulative fatigue could be confirmed, making it possible to identify a continuous condition rather than a one-off condition. Using the formula for replacing the heart rate, this paper presents results that can confirm the worker's cumulative fatigue. Even users unfamiliar with heart rate analysis can easily access and understand the results.","PeriodicalId":112431,"journal":{"name":"Journal of the Korea Academia-Industrial cooperation Society","volume":"180 9","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140475670","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The results showed that there was a relative shortage of small parks in the commercial area of the residential, which is the main living area for Cheongju citizens. The results of the network analysis of the accessibility of the Cheongju-si living area park showed the use population and the number of grids (area) at 49.2% and 30.5%, respectively, of the corresponding buffer analysis results. The influence of access to living social overhead capital (SOC) facilities was found to have the greatest impact on the access to urban living area parks in the order of accessibility to kindergarten, elementary school, police stations, clinics, access to senior citizens, parking lots, hospital, and sports facilities. This result suggests that if the accessibility to urban living area parks improves, the accessibility to SOC facilities located in the neighborhood living area of residents can also be improved. In addition, the better the accessibility to elementary schools, hospitals, and sports facilities, the lower the accessibility to living area parks, and these facilities can be seen as alternatives to the facilities offered by urban living area parks.","PeriodicalId":112431,"journal":{"name":"Journal of the Korea Academia-Industrial cooperation Society","volume":"7 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140478862","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Proactive management for part-discontinuation management includes design for discontinuation management, standardization of parts, and establishment of a discontinuation management system. Post-management includes methods of part replacement, securing inventory, and design changes. This study is a case study on securing the inventory of weapon-system components scheduled to be discontinued, which is a follow-up management measure. The old engine of the CH-47D helicopter has been discontinued and must be operated for approximately 10 years before a new helicopter is put into service. In accordance with the discontinuation of the old engine, a method for calculating the required amount of repair parts for the old engine for maintenance during the remaining operating period is proposed. The first step is to determine the number and timing of old engines that will undergo planned maintenance during their remaining operating periods. The amount and timing of maintenance engines were determined by equipment that reaches its life-cycle limit first. Secondly, the amount of repair parts required for old engines undergoing maintenance was predicted.","PeriodicalId":112431,"journal":{"name":"Journal of the Korea Academia-Industrial cooperation Society","volume":"65 ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140475929","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

According to a recent study, the CSRP test results from 2007 to 2023 showed that leakage testing has the greatest influence among several factors on whether or not the shelf life of permeability protection is extended. The rate of packaging leakage from the product increased as the storage period elapsed. If a leak occurs in a chemical protective suit, the product can no longer be used for combat purposes and is converted to use for educational purposes, which is a factor in increasing the operating costs due to the replacement of new products. Accordingly, this study developed a leak tester capable of field measurements using a vacuum to overcome the limitations of current leak tests. This paper presents a method for calculating the appropriate interval using a confidence level.","PeriodicalId":112431,"journal":{"name":"Journal of the Korea Academia-Industrial cooperation Society","volume":"54 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140476771","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this study, data from the second year of the 4th grade panel of the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey 2018 (KCYPS 2018) were used. The subjects of the study were 2,321 children (1,152 boys, 1,169 girls) in the 5th grade of elementary school. The results of this study were as follows: First, there was a positive correlation between children's social withdrawal and smartphone dependence, and a negative correlation between academic engagement and social withdrawal and smartphone dependence. Second, an indirect effect of academic enthusiasm was found in the relationship between social withdrawal and smartphone dependence. This confirmed that the academic engagement of the children was a partial mediator in the relationship between social withdrawal and smartphone dependence. Based on these results, this study suggests specific support methods to reduce smartphone dependence in children and practical implications at the preventive level","PeriodicalId":112431,"journal":{"name":"Journal of the Korea Academia-Industrial cooperation Society","volume":"58 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140470553","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In Korean web novels, Hoi-Bing-Hwan tends to become a master plot to the extent that it is regarded as a unique 'genre'. This point was not well revealed in previous studies because Hoi-Bing-Hwan was considered a motif, not a story model. In this paper, it was found that the time plot of regression that focused on 『Marry My Husband』, was applied to the so-called 'real romance' genre and became a factor that renewed the work. In addition, the meaning of the Hoi-Bing-Hwan story in Korean web novels was summarized in three ways. First, Hoi-Bing-Hwan is a story model that reflects the surrogate satisfaction and desire of readers. Second, Hoi Bing-Hwan is a mobile-optimized story model that enables easy, quick immersion by readers and a style model that is becoming a master plot in modern times. Third, Hoi-Bing-Hwan is a story model that serves as an outlet for the mental conundrums and desires of modern Koreans. Hoi-Bing-Hwan is not a stereotype but a progressive story model that creates new works. Therefore, its transformation should be carefully watched and not viewed too negatively.","PeriodicalId":112431,"journal":{"name":"Journal of the Korea Academia-Industrial cooperation Society","volume":"353 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140472707","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
