L’objectif est d’améliorer les performances de la GADA afin qu’elle reste connecter au réseau. L’étude a été menée en synthétisant des contrôleurs par mode glissant flou, se basant sur la méthode des composantes symétriques du modèle de la GADA. Les testes de performance et de robustesse de contrôle proposés sont obtenus par différentes valeurs du facteur de déséquilibre et avec des incertitudes paramétriques de la GADA. Les résultats atteints sont satisfaisants en les comparant avec d’autres stratégies de contrôle.","PeriodicalId":112293,"journal":{"name":"2019 Algerian Large Electrical Network Conference (CAGRE)","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-05-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132190314","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The developed tool executes the entire simulation process with the fault location algorithm in a single step. A MATLAB simulation is performed on a model of a 400 kV line powered from both ends. Several approaches have been proposed to study the lightning overvoltages that propagate along the line connected to the substation. As far as the random nature of the lightning phenomenon is concerned, the procedure must be statistical and the Monte Carlo method is generally used for this type of study. The goal is to evaluate the lightning performance of a complete air-insulated substation (AIS) using the capability of simulation tools. This technique was coded in MATLAB and linked to the EMTP program to perform network simulations. Due to the very long time required to perform the simulation, an acceleration process using parallel computing has been applied. The present study has not only been used to estimate the mean time between failures (MTBF) of the substation but also to select the necessary surge arresters and the appropriate basic insulation level (BIL). This study is carried out using an operational 400 kV high voltage substation.","PeriodicalId":112293,"journal":{"name":"2019 Algerian Large Electrical Network Conference (CAGRE)","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126403993","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The spectral analysis of electromagnetic torque, speed and stator phase currents are an ideal tool for fault detection. On the one hand, it is shown that the broken rotor bar fault causes oscillations on the speed and the torque which result in vibrations in the rotation of the machine. On the other hand, for the stator current, the amplitude is no longer constant. These modulations which result in the presence of harmonics in the spectrum, where the appearance of the lateral rays in the vicinity of the fundamental which are used for the detection of broken rotor bar fault. To set up an effective detection technique, it is imperative to study the laws of variations of the amplitudes of these components as a function of the modulation frequency considered. Finally, the successful results obtained prove that the spectral analysis is able to detect the defect and the number of broken bars.","PeriodicalId":112293,"journal":{"name":"2019 Algerian Large Electrical Network Conference (CAGRE)","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121268877","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to support daily electrical demand and meet the customer daily needs, electricity and companies operators must rely on powerful and precise forecasting tools. PREVEOS-DZ was designed and implemented in order to predict Short and Midterm electrical energy and power demand in order to plan day to day production planning as well as yearly electrical development established by the Algerian Operator System. The software is based, on the multiple regression approach as well as Artificial Neural Networks, especially for power forecasting, offering models in both paradigms. The Forecast strategy is implemented not only for global national forecast but also for regional demands, even if the electrical grid is fully connected. PREVOS-DZ is implemented using C # and allows full compatibility with Excel tabular, used mostly by the System Operator. The results of PREVELOS-DZ obtained as a prevision exercise were validated on data from 2018 and presented in this paper.","PeriodicalId":112293,"journal":{"name":"2019 Algerian Large Electrical Network Conference (CAGRE)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116676723","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
