Савина","doi":"10.29235/1561-8323-2020-64-3-317-324","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.29235/1561-8323-2020-64-3-317-324","url":null,"abstract":"The effect of exogenous 5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA) on the activity of dihydroflavonol-4-reductase (DFR), the expression of the dfr gene and the hy5 gene of the transcription factor Hy5 and the light effect of different intensities in combination with the ALA action on the accumulation of anthocyanins in cotyledonous leaves of winter rape (Brassica napus L.) were studied. It was shown that the stimulation of the accumulation of anthocyanins under the exogenous ALA action at the molecular level was provided by increasing the expression level of the dfr and hy5 genes and the activity of the DFR enzyme. Increasing the light intensity from 40.5 to 66.2 μmol photons/m 2 ·s enhanced the ability of plants to accumulate anthocyanins on average by 35 %. The ALA action at concentrations of 50, 100, 150 and 200 mg/L led to an additional increase in the accumulation of anthocyanins at the two used levels of illumination, and in a dose-dependent manner. The stimulating effect of ALA under high light intensity was much higher than in the case of lower illumination. Thus, the stimulation of the anthocyanin accumulation under illumination of 40.5 μmol photons/m 2 ·s was 106 % when using 50 mg/L ALA, 165 % – when using 100 mg/L ALA, 222 % – in the case of 150 mg/L ALA and 350 % – under the action of 200 mg/L ALA compared with light control without of ALA treatment. At an illumination of 66.2 μmol photons/m 2 ·s, these indicators were 164, 262, 359 and 583 % respectively. The small clusters (1–2 nm) and the large clusters (5–7 nm) have been formed in as-implanted silica films with the Zn concentration of 6–7 at % and 16–18 at %, respectively. Furnace annealing at 750 °С for two hours results both in the formation of the orthorhombic Zn 2 SiO 4 phase (space group R-3) in the case of low fluence (5 · 10 16 cm –2 ) and in the formation of the cubic ZnO phase (space group F-43m) in the case of high fluence (1 · 10 17 cm –2 ). It has been shown that impurity loss during implantation and subsequent annealing increase with fluence of implanted ions. The fraction of Zn atoms in clusters has been estimated to be 15 % and 18 % for fluences (5 · 10 16 cm –2 ) and (1 · 10 17 cm –2 ), respectively. We found that the spatial structure of the long-term precipitation field in Belarus is largely explained by the spatial features of its forest cover. In particular, the high forest cover in summer time provides 5–15 % more rain falls than that without forest. We also showed that the extremely dry period from 2014 to 2015 led to a significant transformation of the summer rainfall field. As a result, the field becomes almost the mirror opposite to the summer air temperature field. This indicates the important role of local evaporation in the formation of precipitation in the summer months. The important conclusion of the results is that additional forest stands are needed to prevent a further decrease in the level of surface and ground waters in Belarus. We have compared the theoretical predictions with the results of the recent measurements performed at the MAX IV laboratory of the Lund University. There is good agreement with the data at photon energies from 147 to 155 MeV. It has been established that the complete release of trans-cinnamic acid in the Murashige–Skoog medium takes 2.5 hours. The genealogical structure of the Belarusian meat breed is formed using the generally accepted selection methods, including the assessment by pedigree, strict selection, targeted selection, the assessment of replacement young by productivity on elevers, the assessment of boars and queens by the offspring quality using the control feeding method. The targeted breeding work with herds of Belarusian meat breed pigs during a long period of time according to the long-term target program allows us to obtain large boars and queens that are characterized by the meat-type body. When assessing boar-producers of the Belarusian meat breed aged 36 months and older in all farms the values of the body live weight and length were on the average 305.3 kg and 179 cm respectively. As a result of studying the reproductive qualities of animals, it is established that, on the average, in the queens selected into the leading group in all farms, the indicators of prolificacy, the weight of one young pig at birth, the number of young pigs aged 21 days and milking ability were 11.74 animals and 1.11 kg, 10.06 animals and 54.34 respectively. The highest growth rate from birth to a live weight of 100 kg was seen in the Zefir line animals – 550 g. The indicator of the growth in reaching a live weight of 100 kg was 181 days. The superiority over the mean indicators of animals of all lines according to these traits was 10.7 days, or 5.6 % and 31 g, or 6.0 % respectively. The Zalon and Zenit line offsprings were inferior to the boars of the rest lines in terms of the growth in reaching a live weight of 100 kg by 2.8–19 days. Their indicators of the daily average growth from birth to a live weight of 100 kg also appeared to be, on the average, lower by 6–49 g. Chimeric RNA polymerase of T7 bacteriophage, S30-cell extract of Escherichia coli and multicopy plasmid vector pET42mut with the inserted brazzein gene were included into the protein synthesis. The completed research resulted in the first successful demonstration of the sweet protein biosynthesis in the cell-free system. In this work, mesoporous lithium titanates Li 2 MTi 3 O 8 (M - Co, Cu, Zn) powders with spinel structure were prepared by the method of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) from the glycine-citrate-nitrate mixtures and, for comparison, by the sol-gel method. Their crystal structure, phase composition, thermal stability, microstructure and dispersion were studied. Ethanol, acetone and hexane–acetone extracts (1 % in dimethylsulfoxide) effectively absorb the UV range inducing the most erythema. On the 4th day after UV-A/Вirradiation, severe brown burns of the back skin, severe erythema and edema, scab formation were observed. In serum, there were significantly changed biochemical parameters – the prooxidant capacity, the level of nitrate/nitrite-ions NOx, advanced oxidation protein products AOPP, glutathioneperoxidase activity GPx increased, the level of SH-groups reduced. Solutions of extracts (5 %) in dimethylsulfoxide at a different degree exhibited the photoprotective effect: morphologically – in minimizing the burn symptoms of the skin (edema, erythema, scab); biochemically – in the regulation of these parameters at the control level. According to the set of biochemical and morphometric parameters, the most promising photoprotectors were acetone extracts. The prooxidant capacity, GPx, AOРР (in all cases reduced) and NOx showed a non-specificity and rather high sensitivity and are more suitable for estimating inflammatory and oxidative processes.
