To conduct the study, a total of 250 questionnaires were issued and distributed to the investors of gold in Batam city. To test the hypothesis, multiple linear reggression analysis is used. The results of the research showed that regret aversion has a significant and positive effect and loss aversion has a negative significant influence on gold investment decisions. This research uses methodology with an explanatory study by testing three hypotheses. A hundred managers from several coal companies in East Kalimantan Province are collected as a sample in this research. SEM (Structural Equation Model) is used to analyze the data which is collected by questionnaire. The result of this study found that: (1) Human resource management practices affect talent management positively and significantly; (2) Human resource management practices doesn’t affect organization performance significantly; (3) Talent management affects organization performance positively and significant. Methodology research used by analysis of productivity of land covering aspects of the physical and legal aspects, as well as a location to obtain use of alternative possibilities. Further analysis is the analysis of the appropriateness of the market, namely supply and demand analysis of the market, as well as financial feasibility analysis for each proposed use. In this study, the data to be analyzed is composed of primary data and secondary data. Primary Data include data on income from the sale of property types and alternative expenditure proposed as an alternative to the use of, obtained by interview, while the physical data including size, shape, topography, site utilities and others obtained through direct investigation. The secondary Data were obtained from the Central Agency of statistics and several organizations in the area of Government of the city of Tanjungpinang. Based on the results of the analysis of productivity obtained three proposals for land use and housing development which allows the top, where housing as an alternative here, is the kind of simple housing, medium and luxury residential housing. This research are using quantitative data with 395 questionnaires collected from Batam residents who as sample. Questionnaire consists indicators for independent variable that included attitude, perceived behavioural control, subjective norms, past behavioral biases and intention to invest. Multiple regression used as the analysis method and result showed that all independent variable have a positive significant effect on intention to invest.
