This research instrument uses a questionnaire, and using multiple linear regression to process tabulated data from the results of respondents' answers. The results of the study conclude, First, the Promotion Mix Variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the Decision of Jamkrida Service Users in South Sumatra (Y;. Second, the Service Quality Variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the Decision of South Sumatra Jamkrida Service Users (Y); Third, Promotion Mix Variable (X1) is an independent variable whose influence is more dominant on the Decision of Jamkrida Service Users in South Sumatra compared to the variable of service quality; Fourth, the Promotion Mix variable (X1) and Service Quality (X2) have a positive and significant effect on the Decision of Jamkrida Service Users in South Sumatra (Y). This research was conducted using a survey method through a questionnaire to 380 respondents, namely employees of five-star hotels in Batam. After being distributed directly to respondents, the questionnaire was collected and managed to get 340 questionnaires filled out completely and then the authors tested the regression data using the SPSS program. From the results of data processing with SPSS it is known that there is a relationship in all variables studied. The sample of this study is 350 college students taken randomly. The data tested by using SPSS program. Yang berlaku sebagai variabel independen yaitu gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan stres kerja dan untuk variabel dependen yaitu kinerja karyawan. Penelitian yang di lakukan pada PT Enseval memiki tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui atau menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan sebagai (X1), motivasi sebagai (X2) dan stres kerja sebagai (X3) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Jumlah sampel yang di pakai dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 45 orang atau keseluruhan dari populasi karena jumlah populasi yang berada di PT Enseval ini adalah 45 orang. Tujuan dari analisis yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui dari variabel yang di teliti, peneitian ini mencakup uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji T, uji F dan analisis koefisien determinasi (R²). Nilai uji T gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan stres kerja juga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Enseval Putera Megarading Tbk Cabang Batam. Nilai yang didapat dari uji F menunjukan bahwa keseluruhan dari variabel independen yaitu gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan stress kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan nilai dari penelitian mengenai analisis koefisien determinasi (R²) di dapat kesimpulan variabel (X1), (X2), dan (X3) dalam mempengaruhi variabel Y dengan nilai 62,8% lalu untuk 37,2% lainnya adalah merupakan variabel yang tidak di teliti di penelitian ini. Total samples used in this research are 23 companies with total observation 115 data. The data obtained will be tested with regression panel method. The result showed that variables of BOPO, Cash Ratio, and NPL are significant negative with the profitability. The data’s were collected from a convenience samples of 171 manufacturing companies of total 850 companies in Batam being represented by manager in supply chain management divisions. Data’s were collected using questionnaire and technical data analysis using SEM (Structural Equation Model). The result of this study found that: (1) Organization Culture affects Supplier Integration positively and significantly; (1) Supplier Integration affects Suplier Performance positively but not signifivantly; (2) Supplier Performance affects Supply Chain Performance positively but not signifianctly; (3) Supplier Integration affects Supply Chain Performance positively and significantly. On this occasion the independent variable was emotional self-awareness, self-confidence, emotional self control, while the dependent variable was teacher performance. Research data retrieve using a questionnaire, to measure how much influence emotional intelligence has on teacher performance. Data is processed using the SPPS program. The results of the analysis show that two variables of emotional intelligence have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance while self-confidence has a positive and not significant effect on teacher performance.
