This research uses methodology with an explanatory study by testing three hypotheses. A hundred managers from several coal companies in East Kalimantan Province are collected as a sample in this research. SEM (Structural Equation Model) is used to analyze the data which is collected by questionnaire. The result of this study found that: (1) Human resource management practices affect talent management positively and significantly; (2) Human resource management practices doesn’t affect organization performance significantly; (3) Talent management affects organization performance positively and significant. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨人力资源管理实务对组织绩效的影响,并以人才管理作为中介因素。本研究采用解释性研究方法,通过检验三个假设。本研究以东加里曼丹省几家煤炭公司的百名管理人员为样本。运用结构方程模型(SEM)对问卷收集的数据进行分析。研究结果发现:(1)人力资源管理实践对人才管理有显著的正向影响;(2)人力资源管理实践对组织绩效影响不显著;(3)人才管理对组织绩效有显著的正向影响。本研究对指导公司决策者或人力资源管理管理者实施人才管理以提高组织绩效具有一定的管理意义。
