The proposed algorithm can be applied to multi-output circuits with very large number of input variables, and can adaptively decide to use cube transformation or local transformation during the optimization process. The proposed algorithm is implemented in C language and tested by using several MCNC and IWLS'93 benchmark circuits with many input and output variables. Experimental results show that, in comparison with other algorithms, the proposed algorithm can obtain good optimized results and can significantly improve the time efficiency of MPRM optimization.","PeriodicalId":111584,"journal":{"name":"2014 IEEE 7th Joint International Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence Conference","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131057382","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, we propose an indoor localization technique based on improved AdaBoost algorithm. The accuracy of AdaBoost depends on the weak hypothesis form all the weak learning, if there is noise in the fingerprint map, the performance of AdaBoost will decline. Because of the variability of indoor environment, the noise can not be avoided. So the improved AdaBoost is proposed to ignore the individual unfocused points to develop the localization accuracy. Experimental results indicate that the proposed algorithm achieves high localization accuracy.","PeriodicalId":111584,"journal":{"name":"2014 IEEE 7th Joint International Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence Conference","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129667441","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We study the worst response time for tasks under fixed-priority with checkpoints. Since checkpointing schemes depend on time redundancy, they could affect the correctness of the system by causing deadlines to be missed. In this paper, we provide an exact schedulability analysis for burst error model and derive the optimal number of checkpoints. We also explore the fault-tolerant priority assignment policy to get the most efficient scheme.","PeriodicalId":111584,"journal":{"name":"2014 IEEE 7th Joint International Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence Conference","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130066510","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

After exploring its topological properties, we observe that this network is characterized by two remarkable features which are already observed in numerous real-world and artificial networks. One is the small-world property, with the small-world index of 606.106, and the other is its scale-free distribution, with the degree exponent of 2.093. We also observe that this network exhibits some features that are not necessarily shared by other networks, such as the anti-correlation between clustering coefficients and degrees. Our work extends the network analysis to the domain of technology exchange and provides a novel approach to study technology exchange systems.","PeriodicalId":111584,"journal":{"name":"2014 IEEE 7th Joint International Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence Conference","volume":"243 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114367776","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Anomalous congestion is probably caused by emergencies, which refer to events that go against historical normal states. Therefore, anomalous congestion can be detected by analyzing the differences between massive historical traffic data and real-time data. It is of great significance to actively detect and quickly deal with anomalous congestion. However, processing massive historical data in standalone mode cannot complete the whole process within the tolerable time. In view of existing problems in the detection of anomalous congestion, a distributed mining algorithm was proposed. The real-time data perceived by microwave radar and massive historical data sets were adopted to define the quantitative expression of traffic abnormal degree, meanwhile consideration was given to technical links such as data cleaning, cumulative effect of time and update of historical data. Results of the experiment show that the proposed algorithm has satisfactory identification effects.","PeriodicalId":111584,"journal":{"name":"2014 IEEE 7th Joint International Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence Conference","volume":"104 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126338043","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

An alternative is intensity correlation imaging method which can obtain high resolution image without using high-precision mirrors. But the signal to noise ratio is quite low when observing high-orbit satellite. In this paper, analysis and simulations is done to clarify the origin of noise, and the theory and history of intensity correlation is described. Simulations shows that the shot noise in photovoltaic conversion process introduce the most noise of measured spatial frequency modulus and partial coherence deviation caused by expanded light-collecting mirrors. The area of mirrors should be optimized by the diameter and brightness of satellite to obtain minimum mean square error of measured data.","PeriodicalId":111584,"journal":{"name":"2014 IEEE 7th Joint International Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence Conference","volume":"101 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132628573","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A new segmentation algorithm base on improved watershed algorithm is proposed in this paper. By the different marks on the foreground and background objects, we can obtain better effect of segmentation with the application of watershed algorithm. Through the study of the characteristics of gradient image and morphological open close function reconstruction operations in image processing, a new tag extraction method will be designed by the new algorithm, which is by using the method of opening and closing by reconstruction operators to obtain marks and by controlling the closed reconstruction of structural elements in order to interested in the gradient image area the size of the tag. Then, extracted tag using morphological minimum calibration technology forces as an original local minimum value of the gradient image, and shields the original all local minimum value in the gradient image.
