Position and orientation measurement System (POS) is a kind of equipment that is used to provide accurate attitude and position information of the remote sensing system. The dynamic error of POS is closely related to the structure of its application target. In order to improve the accuracy of POS, in this paper, we mainly discuss the dynamic error compensation of POS that is used in remote sensing system. The structure of the remote sensing system is introduced firstly, and the dynamic error analysis is presented according to the structure of the system, then experimental study is carried out on a real remote sensing system in ground to validate the effectiveness of the new dynamic error compensation method. The experiment results show that, the new method can compensate the dynamic error of POS effectively.","PeriodicalId":111582,"journal":{"name":"2013 2nd International Symposium on Instrumentation and Measurement, Sensor Network and Automation (IMSNA)","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128338533","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

But the ESPRIT algorithm can't be directly used for the wideband signal. The ESPRIT algorithm based on K-means introduces K-means algorithm to the wideband signal processing, which makes the ESPRIT algorithm can be directly used for estimating the wideband signal DOA. This method takes advantage of sub-band decomposition technique in wideband signal, then estimates DOA in each band by using the ESPRIT method, and finally uses the K-means method to get the DOA of broadband signal by clustering the results of each band. The ESPRIT algorithm based on K-means not only has a small measure error and a small amount of computing but also could estimate the DOA without knowing the signal's prior knowledge. Theoretical analysis and simulation show that the procedural validity of the algorithm.","PeriodicalId":111582,"journal":{"name":"2013 2nd International Symposium on Instrumentation and Measurement, Sensor Network and Automation (IMSNA)","volume":"374 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126909768","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Unfortunately, there still exist some problems in real network conditions, especially, when considering asynchronous distributed environments, where messages may be delayed indefinitely and nodes may fail. So, failure detector is one of basic components to build a reliable distributed storage system. Considering the highly dynamic characteristics of distributed system, a novel self-regulatory failure detection algorithm (SFDA), which can combine heartbeat strategy with unbiased grey prediction model, is designed to improve the failure detection quality of system (QoS) according to the application needs and network environment changes. The key goal of using correction value in SFDA is to provide adoptable and usable service in all kinds of applications. The results show that, failure detector based on SFDA is more effective and flexible than other failure detectors.","PeriodicalId":111582,"journal":{"name":"2013 2nd International Symposium on Instrumentation and Measurement, Sensor Network and Automation (IMSNA)","volume":"328 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114370433","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The influence on transmission characteristic of PRDGS is calculated by the finite difference time domain method (FDTD) when the PRDGS has the different dielectric constants and the different rectangle unit sizes. The center frequency of stopband can be minimized and the width of stopband and the deepness of stopband are kept constant when the dielectric constants increase and the rectangle unit sizes remain constant. The width of stopband and the deepness of stopband can increase and the center frequency of stopband remains constant with increasing the rectangle unit sizes when the dielectric constants are kept constant. The results obtained through using the FDTD reach an excellent agreement with the ones using the equivalent circuit model method about the center frequency of stopband, and the mean relative calculation error doesn't exceed 1.72%. The helpful conclusion given in the paper can be served as a powerful tool to analyze and design the PRDGS.","PeriodicalId":111582,"journal":{"name":"2013 2nd International Symposium on Instrumentation and Measurement, Sensor Network and Automation (IMSNA)","volume":"302 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116190073","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

From a computer vision perspective, this task is extremely challenging because the haze is dependent on the unknown depth information, and will be under-constrained if only one single haze image is input. If the depth distribution is known, the problem can be well solved. In this paper, we propose a new method to estimate the transmission from which depth distribution can be obtained. It is based on the assumption that the airlight which depends on the distance of objects to the observers, tends to be smooth, and is similar to the Retinex theory. Motivated by this, we use a simple Gaussian filter to convolve the image to obtain the airlight just like we did in Retinex. Experimental results verify the effectiveness of this method.","PeriodicalId":111582,"journal":{"name":"2013 2nd International Symposium on Instrumentation and Measurement, Sensor Network and Automation (IMSNA)","volume":"97 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127767112","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
