This iterative decoder consists of 3 row decoding modules and 2 column decoding modules which are cascaded together. Parallel decoding strategy is employed in the row decoder which reduces the total decoding latency from 1928 cycles to 578 cycles. Taking advantage of RAM blocks, the implementation of column decoding becomes easier compared to original structure. Other techniques like multiplexing and pipeline technology are adopted to improve the path delay and resource consumption. A 10Gb/s implementation is realized on FPGA device under the working frequency of 156.25 MHz.","PeriodicalId":111582,"journal":{"name":"2013 2nd International Symposium on Instrumentation and Measurement, Sensor Network and Automation (IMSNA)","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134403729","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A new kind of intermediary - cybermediary, which only operates in the virtual environments, has emerged in many industries. According to what role played in a virtual supply chain, these cybermediaries could be classified by five types: informational, transactional, assurance, logistical and customization. Combining the roles with their positions in a supply chain (in terms of their attitude to customers and suppliers), a two-dimensional model is developed to present their types. Then, case studies of several online intermediaries are showed to illustrate the model.","PeriodicalId":111582,"journal":{"name":"2013 2nd International Symposium on Instrumentation and Measurement, Sensor Network and Automation (IMSNA)","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134037541","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

So the particle swarm optimization BP neural network model is applied to C2C e-commerce degree evaluation of trust, By using PSO algorithm to optimize the BP neural network's connection weight values and threshold values, it can give full play to the global optimization ability of the PSO and BP algorithm local search advantage as well as overcome the randomness problem of BP neural network weight values. Now the instance verification results of the C2C e-commerce trust evaluation show that the model has two advantages: the first is the convergence speed is very fast in the operation process and the second is the computation results have a higher precision; and the results also show that the model can accurately evaluate the trust dgree in C2C ecommerce.","PeriodicalId":111582,"journal":{"name":"2013 2nd International Symposium on Instrumentation and Measurement, Sensor Network and Automation (IMSNA)","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134040182","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Distributed neural cooperative controller based on the relative state information of neighboring agents is developed. An algebraic Riccati equation is employed to show the stability of overall multi-agent systems. Based on Lyapunov stability analysis, the developed controller guarantees that the state of each agent synchronizes to that of the leader if the leader has directed paths to all followers, and the synchronization errors are uniformly ultimately bounded. The main advantage of the developed controller is that it can be implemented in a distributed manner without requiring the accurate model of each agent. Future works include an extension to the output feedback case.","PeriodicalId":111582,"journal":{"name":"2013 2nd International Symposium on Instrumentation and Measurement, Sensor Network and Automation (IMSNA)","volume":"62 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133464019","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The antenna consists of a rotated hexagonal slot with a parasitic patch placed in the slot which also has a thin slot in its center. The antenna has a feed-line offset which in addition to the parasitic stubs produce the two near degenerate orthogonal modes required for circular polarization. Simulation results have shown that the proposed antenna can achieve an operational bandwidth of 1.6-3.08 GHz for reflection coefficients below -10 dB representing a bandwidth of 60.4 % and an axial ratio below 3 dB between 2.04 GHz and 2.68 GHz. This represents an axial ratio bandwidth of 26.1 % with respect to the center frequency which was chosen as 2.45 GHz. The proposed antenna has a small size of 58 mm × 58 mm, a wide operational bandwidth and a wide 3 dB axial ratio bandwidth. This antenna can be used for wireless applications like RFID/UMTS/WLAN/WiMAX.","PeriodicalId":111582,"journal":{"name":"2013 2nd International Symposium on Instrumentation and Measurement, Sensor Network and Automation (IMSNA)","volume":"98 ","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114089489","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to ensure well operating condition of centrifugal compressor unit, we should firstly make clear the design principle of index system of risk assessment, and establish the reliability block diagram (RBD). Then, based on above mechanism, the main trouble factors of centrifugal compressor unit can be obtained through the analysis and screening of experts.
