The author of the article is a student of the Master's Degree 1 course of University ITMO, Pomogaeva K.Yu. The article is devoted to the study of the factors influencing the efficiency of the work of young specialists, and is a description and analysis of the results of the experiment conducted on the team of the case studies \"Marketorium\". In the introduction, the goal of the experiment is stated: verification of the reliability of the stated hypothesis for representatives of the Z generation. The structure of the experiment is described below: in the first stage, a hidden experiment was conducted with the division of participants into an autonomous and supervised team; at the second, a survey of the manager and questioning of the remaining participants, , that autonomy negatively affects the productivity of representatives of the generation Z, the third - interviewing, which made it possible to determine possible factors reducing Effective work: violation of the circulation of ideas, the presence of personal conflicts. The publication includes a description of the author's approach to innovation in the industrial enterprise, implemented in the form of a database. The main functions of the database are divided into two main stages – preparatory and informative. The functions of the preparatory stage include the collection of information about the industrial enterprise, the rationale for the choice of innovation, determination of the composition and administration of training (retraining), justification of the technical appearance of innovation. The essence of the problem is the need to obtain statistical estimates of probabilistic characteristics efficiently with a given accuracy, and also with minimal losses of computer time. \u0000The article consists of an introduction, two sections, an opinion, a list of references. \u0000The first section presents the current state of the investigated problem, describes methods of mathematical modeling and an algorithm for solving it. \u0000The second section is devoted to the development of a software product, describes the used tools, the structure of the software product, user classes and methods. The authors demonstrate the interface of the application and its features, as well as the results of testing, which was conducted on a set of statistical data obtained during a multifactor unstable process. \u0000The authors point out the advantages and disadvantages of Pugachev's method. The fundamental difference between these methods is that the finished part is obtained not by removing a layer of material from the workpiece, as is customary in traditional methods of processing, but by layer-by-layer build-up of the material while obtaining a given shape and size of the product. The main feature of these methods is the mandatory use of three-dimensional computer-aided design of the product as the initial stage of layer-by-layer synthesis technology. \u0000The priority directions of industrial policy of Russia at this stage is to increase the competitiveness of production and effective promotion of high-tech products in the domestic and foreign markets. Today, the country faces an ambitious task of actively forming the industry of additive technologies to ensure the strategic technological sovereignty of the country in the future. Additive technologies are one of the main global trends mentioned in the context of the new industrial revolution. To ensure the development of additive technologies in Russia, the Federal Agency for technical regulation and Metrology (Rosstandart) approved the first two national standards in the field of additive technologies. \u0000The existing approaches reflect poorly the features of process control of pilot tests and preparation for production.
