MES systems plan technological operations performed at certain workplaces. The main tasks solved by systems of this class include optimization, operational planning, production process management, operational recalculation of the production schedule. Mechanism used in MES-systems for calculating production schedules allows to take into account the interrelation of all elements of the operational plan, to ensure the choice of alternative technological routes and the adaptive mode of material flow management. MES allows you to simulate different production situations, for example, to calculate the optimal load of the equipment in the event of a machine failure. It allows to plan the production schedule in case of need of carrying out planned or extraordinary repairing of the equipment. The production schedule in the MES system is visualized using a Gantt chart.In the Russian Federation, MES-systems are increasingly recognized.MES systems are especially in demand in enterprises with multi-level technological processes, which depend on many factors.When implementing the MES-system in the technical control department, the data of defective products obtained by measuring any parameters on the measuring equipment are transferred to the MES-system. Next, the production schedule is recalculated in order to optimally load the machine-tool fleet. The paper consists of an introduction, five sections, a conclusion and list of references. \u0000The first section is considered with the current state of the spectral balance method, which is a special versions of traditional harmonic balance method. In this method the linear and nonlinear parts of circuits are modeled in frequency domain only. \u0000The second section is devoted to the development of a spectra calculation method in nonlinear elements. The nonlinear elements into circuits simulation software usually described in time domain, so we need to develop the algorithm for calculation the spectra in nonlinear elements in frequency domain. \u0000In the third section the review of methods for tensor usage at simulation tasks into electronic CAD systems are discussed. \u0000Into the section four the methods of tensor decomposition are described. And when you make any change to the 3D model, the drawings and specifications are updated automatically. This greatly simplifies and speeds up the design. \u0000But not everything is still automated. When designing swimming pools, each new project begins with the selection of equipment for water treatment of a particular pool. Selection of equipment depends on the set of initial data determined by the customer, such as: the type and size of the pool, water exchange time, the desired temperature in the pool and so on. Based on these data, the equipment for the water treatment system is calculated (all calculations are strictly regulated according to GOST). Further, after the selection of equipment, a geometric 3D model of the pool is built. The geometric 3D model of the entire water treatment system is designed in stages: a pool bowl is designed, a technical room is designed, 3D models of previously calculated equipment are installed and everything is tied with a pipeline. \u0000Since it takes a lot of time to calculate the equipment and design the pool bowl, and with each new project it has to be done \"from scratch\", it was decided to automate these modules. The article presents the development of a program to automate the calculation of equipment and the construction of a geometric 3D model of the pool bowl. Most authors in the systematization implicitly proceed from the principle of sufficiency: the program is enrolled in a particular class based on what it can do, what tasks it is able to solve. This blurs the boundaries of the classes, since the same program object sometimes corresponds to different tasks. The paper proposes to proceed from the principle of necessity: the program belongs to the class, what tasks it needs to solve. Then the secondary capabilities of the software recede into the background and are not taken into account in the classification. The relationship of necessity between the software objects themselves is also taken into account. This allows you to organize software objects, stratifying them according to principles of the mutual need. Moreover, different types of necessity are introduced: existential, functional and target, with a hierarchy between them. The latter allows you to keep the hierarchy of necessity, when program objects are mutually necessary for each other, but in a various senses. As a result, a hierarchy is built inside the software similar to the known one: hardware, system software, application software, but with its own characteristics. In particular, the software tool designed for creating software objects, splits into two layers: the tools to create custom programs to compile and tools for creating interpreted programs type. Accordingly, the application software is stratified. The relevance of the production of innovative electronics, its miniaturization and import-sharing leads to the need to develop methods for modeling technological processes. The article discusses the application of the principles of the concept of industry 4.0 in the production of electronics with the introduction of the concept of Design for Manufacturing in the environment of computer mathematics MatLab in order to improve the performance of the production process. Technological processes can be described in the form of mathematical models built using the apparatus of Markov chains. On the basis of the developed model, results are obtained confirming the efficiency of using graphs in the management of technological operations. Modeling by production stages with the use of electronics in the manufacturing process allows us to reveal not only the structure of the product, consisting of individual elements of the tracker, but also to show the topology of the technological process of its manufacture. The choice of graph theory in the development of mathematical modeling is based on the main production stages of manufacturing elements in connection with the disclosure of a high level of detail of the object being modeled and ensuring the full interrelation of the components of the product in order to prevent the release of defects and, on the contrary, increase the quality of products at minimum cost. The fundamental difference between these methods is that the finished part is obtained not by removing a layer of material from the workpiece, as is customary in traditional methods of processing, and due to the layer-by-layer build-up of the material while obtaining a given shape and size of the product. At the same time, the main feature of these methods is the mandatory use of three-dimensional computer-aided design of the product as the initial stage of layer-by-layer synthesis technology. The use of these technologies is particularly promising in the production of housing elements of electronic equipment due to the ability to consider the specifics of the equipment. \u0000The use of additive technologies provides an increase in performance and a decrease in the influence of the form factor of the body at the production stage. \u0000An additional advantage of the additive installation is that in the manufacture of preforms are not required to resort to third-party technological solutions in the form of cutting, grinding, welding, which requires additional equipment and the involvement of qualified specialists. With the help of modeling mechanisms of 3D printers, it is possible to provide fully automatic production of preforms, having an additive installation. A mathematical model of the convective-diffusive transport and transformation of pollutants for the river Tikhvinka in the area of wastewater sue \"LenoblmolokoTikhvin\". The obtained two-dimensional stationary equation of convective-diffusion transfer of a nonconservative impurity is solved by the finite difference method. According to the developed model, the calculation of the anthropogenic load exerted by the water channel on the Tikhvinkariver was carried out with three variants of the design of the scattering water outlet for the following pollutants: ammonium-ion, nitrate-ion, nitrite-ion and phosphorus total. The maximum concentration of pollutants in the control range and the degree of mixing of pollutants were chosen as criteria for choosing the optimal design.
