RESEARCH OF INFLUENCE OF FACTORS INDICATORS ON A COMPLEX INDICATOR OF INNOVATIVE CAPACITY OF REGIONS OF CENTRAL FEDERAL DISTRICT

Abstract

Innovative capacity of the region is a set of resource and organizational opportunities of an economic system to innovative development, ensuring continuous innovative process. In this article the research of dependence of values of a complex indicator of innovative capacity of regions on its making groups of factors indicators is conducted. This technique allows to reveal strong and weaknesses of development of regions for formation of recommendations about increase in values of innovative potential.
