The author uses qualitative research methods based on literature studies concerning books, journals, scientific articles, etc. This research is also equipped with an interview method in deepening the content of the discussion and as a complement to the content of the discussion. Student Management as management has the most important role in all matters relating to its relation to students starting from the existence of a plan, acceptance of new students, coaching in the form of activities that exist for students while in school until come to students who have completed their educational studies at school. Determination of the number of students accepted by SD Tarsisius Vireta in one class containing 28 students per class. Each class at SD Tarsisius Vireta has 5 classes, namely from A - E. However, for example, if there are 28 students in each class and A - E has been filled but there are still 2 more students then the 2 students will not be accepted by the party. school. Setelah menerapkan politik etis pada awal abad 20 dan lambat laun semakin banyak sekolah formal yang didirikan di Hindia Belanda, dampak dari kebijakan etis ini adalah melahirkan para intelektual yang akhirnya akan menyadari bahwa bangsanya sedang dalam kebebasan dan menginginkan perubahan. Rumusan masalah yang diangkat adalah bagaimana awal kebijakan politik etis, bagaimana sistem pendidikan masa kolonial, bagaimana lembaga pendidikan masa kolonial. Dari rumusan masalah yang diangkat, tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana awal kebijakan politik etis, bagaimana sistem Pendidikan masa kolonial dan mengetahui Lembaga Pendidikan pada masa kolonial. The low learning outcomes are due to the low quality of learning in the classroom, including lack of motivation to learn, inappropriate learning models, incomplete infrastructure, and lack of opportunities for teachers to participate in training to improve teacher performance. This study aims to determine the application of the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) learning model in improving student learning outcomes in Biology subjects in class XI IPA on the subject of the excretory system. The results showed that in the first action of the number of students as many as 36 people who got a score greater than or equal to the 2.67 KKM limit, as many as 11 students or 28.95% while in the second action the students who got a score above the KKM or 2 ,67 as many as 32 students or 84.21%. This study aims to describe the effect of the use of Concep Sentence learning models on the ability to write text Explanations of class XI SMA N 2 Lubuk Basung students. This type of research is quantitative research using an experimental model. The sample in this study were students of class XI SMA N 2 Lubuk Basung people consisting of 26 people. The data in this study are scores on the ability to write Explanation texts without using the Concep Sentence Model and scores on the ability to write Explanatory texts using the Concep Sentence learning models for class XI SMA N 2 Lubuk Basung . The results of this study can be concluded as follows. First, the ability to write explanatory texts for XI SMA N 2 Lubuk Basung students without using Concept Sentence learning models obtained an average score of 59.48 at a range of 56-65% with sufficient qualifications (C). Secondly, the ability to write explanatory texts for XI SMA N 2 Lubuk Basung students using Concept Sentence models obtained an average value of 71,79 at a range of 66-75% with qualifications of More than Enough (LdC). Disisi lain, kemajuan teknologi menjadikan anak usia sekolah lebih suka bermain gawai dibandingkan membaca Al-Qur’an. Maka dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kajian pustaka dari buku, jurnal, skripsi dan tesis yang membahas mengenai minat baca Al-Qur’an, artikel ini berisi pengertian minat baca Al-Qur’an, Cara Menumbuhkan dan Membangkitkan Minat Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Minat Membaca Al-Qur’an, Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Minat Membaca Al-Qur’an, Anak Usia Sekolah, Teknik Menumbuhkan Minat Baca Al-Qur’an pada Anak Usia Sekolah dan Metode Dalam Belajar Membaca Al-Qur’an. Adapun hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah rendahnya minat baca Al-Qur’an pada anak disebabkan oleh factor internal dari diri anak, factor lingkungan, social dan emosional. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, namely by collecting data as it is from a symptom of a phenomenon that existed when the research was conducted. The data and data sources used were guidance and counseling teachers and class IX students who were taken based on a purposive sampling of 40 people. The research instruments used in this study were questionnaires, interviews and observations. Questionnaires were conducted by 40 students in class IX, interviews were conducted with guidance and counseling teachers as well as students in class VIII and observations were made by observing the state of the school environment and the existence of the school. Data analysis techniques are carried out by collecting data, managing data, analyzing data and interpreting the data to be concluded.
