In Muslim-majority countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia and Saudi Arabia, the judiciary plays a key role in realizing social justice. However, corrupt practices, political interference and lack of competence often hinder the achievement of true justice. This research aims to analyze the role of judicial institution ethics in realizing social justice from an Islamic political perspective. The focus of this research is on Muslim-majority countries, particularly Indonesia, Malaysia and Saudi Arabia, to identify the extent to which Islamic values are implemented in the judicial system and how this affects social justice. Prolonged conflict and rampant corruption have impeded development and eroded public trust in the government. This research seeks to investigate the role of Islamic political ethics in resolving conflicts and curbing corruption in modern Muslim countries. The research methodology employed is qualitative analysis, utilizing a literature review to assess the principles of Islamic political ethics, including justice, transparency, and accountability, as well as their application within contemporary political contexts. The research findings demonstrate that Islamic political ethics offer a robust moral framework for cultivating a more equitable and responsive government. The principle of justice encompasses the fair allocation of resources and the safeguarding of individuals' and vulnerable groups' rights. Transparency and accountability in decision-making processes can mitigate corruption and enhance public trust. While challenges persist, such as varying interpretations and the instrumentalization of religion for political purposes, with the requisite commitment, Islamic political ethics can bolster social and political progress in present-day Muslim countries. In conclusion, Islamic political ethics hold considerable promise in surmounting social and political challenges by upholding the values of justice, transparency, and accountability. This research aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic religious character education for students at MTs Miftahul Ulum Purwakarta, West Java. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Primary data sources are students, teachers and school principals. Secondary data sources include books and relevant journals. The research results show that Islamic religious character education at MTs Miftahul Ulum is carried out through various activities, such as routine recitations, congregational prayers, Al-Qur'an learning, as well as religious extracurricular activities. Factors supporting the success of character education include teacher involvement, parental support, and a conducive school environment. However, there are several obstacles such as limited time and facilities. Apart from being used as a basis for providing feedback to students, the evaluation results also help them to improve their understanding of concepts and plan steps for improvement. The Guidance Counseling (BK) subject makes a positive contribution to students' self-understanding, development of social skills, solving personal and academic problems, as well as career planning. This research method uses qualitative with descriptive research type. The data source uses guidance and counseling teachers. The data collection technique used interviews conducted at SMPN 5 Sangatta Utara School with Guidance Counseling (BK) teachers regarding the Guidance Counseling (BK) program which had been carried out at the school which still felt difficult. This is due to the transition of the situation after the pandemic to the school period and then continued with the change from the K-13 curriculum to the independent curriculum, so that Guidance Counseling (BK) learning evaluations continue to be carried out so that they can play a role in creating a conducive learning environment, as well as helping students prepare for facing life's challenges and deciding what is right for their future. Evaluation of learning by guidance and counseling teachers is also carried out in collaboration with various parties, especially with students' parents and the school, as well as guidance from guidance and counseling teachers for students must be continuous. The Christian military used the cross as a symbol to show that this war was holy and aimed at liberating the holy city of Baitul Maqdis (Jerusalem) from Muslims/to show that the war was right. If it is true that it is a holy war, then all Western fleets and troops leaving for the battlefield are obliged to wear the cross attribute, whether worn on the sails of their boats, on their flags, starting from team flags and troop flags, shields, armor and various other equipment. The research method used is a qualitative method with a literature study type of research. Primary data sources use supporting references and secondary data sources use several journals and books. Analysis of the data used uses content analysis. The results of this research found that the crusades were the result of the birth of expansionism in Europe as in the efforts of the Seljuq against the Byzantine Empire. In the expansion movement carried out by Alp Arselan was the Manzikart event, in 464 AH, Alp Arselan's army with a strength of 15,000 soldiers, defeated the army Romans numbering 200,000 people. The research methodoogy used in this research was a quasi-experimental research. There were two classes taken as the samples of this research, class XI IPS 2 as the experimental class and class XI IPS 4 as the contro class. The mean score in experimental class from pre-test to post-test was 51,66 and 72,22. The mean score in contro class from pre-test to post-test was 54,44 and 61,66. The improvement as the experimental class got in post-test was 20,56 and as the contro class got in post-test was 7,22. The sum of standard deviation in experimental class was 2037,50 and in contro class was 3271,88. The data were colected by administering pre-test and post-test. The research findings showed that there was significant effect by using Jigsaw technique on students’ writing skill. It can be seen from the testing hypothesis, it showed that the t-test value (6,51) was higher than the t-table value (1,98) at leve of significance 5% with degree of freedom (df) was 70. This are by the score of post-test in both classes. The average post-test score in experimental class was 72,22 was higher than the average post-test score in contro class which was 51,66. This research design is quantitative. The quantitative method is a planned and careful problems solving method. In quantitative, systematically control data collection design, and will focus on constructing inductively concluded theories within the framework of empirically proving hypothesis. The quantitative research imposes objective measuring to collect numeric data that are utilized the answers of questions or test the specified hypothesis. Researcher will choose two groups as the sample, namely class VIII.1 and VIII.2. The two classes that researcher will choose as sample have studied the narrative text based on school education curriculum. By calculating the data, we can conclude that the t-test result (2.42) exceeded the t-table value at a significance level of 0.05 (2.00), meaning 2.42 > 2.00. This indicates that the use of the CIRC technique has a significant impact on students' reading comprehension.
