There was a reassessment of the importance of certain general and special competencies that are formed in them, their impact on learning outcomes. To take into account the above in the educational process of NANGU in the new conditions was conducted a study involving cadets in major 254 \"Military acquisition and procurement\", educational program \"Linguistic support and communication\" of bachelor educational level, the results of which are presented in this work. The analysis of the scientific literature conducted in the process of preparation of the work showed that most of these works relate to the training of future officers in peacetime and do not reflect the specifics of training in martial law. However, it is obvious that the consideration of the procedure for the formation of individual competencies of cadets during martial law has some transformations associated with existing realities on the one hand and changes in the minds of cadets on the other, which required a study work. As part of the purpose of this study, 73 cadets were interviewed (88 % of the total number of cadets in this specialty). Standard google tools were used for the survey. The obtained results showed the presence of significant changes in the worldview of cadets regarding their attitude to mastering the chosen specialty. Their views on the future of the world and Ukraine, family relationships, and a reassessment of values have also changed. Particular attention is drawn to the second part of the survey, devoted to the study of the transformation of cadets' views on the formation of general and special competencies in their chosen educational and professional program. The research clarified the position of cadets in all competencies reflected in the educational program. Due to its limited scope, the most important transformations that need to be urgently taken into account when organizing the educational process at the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine under martial law are reflected directly in the work. The full materials of the research will be covered in further scientific works of the author.","PeriodicalId":110341,"journal":{"name":"The scientific journal of the National Academy of National Guard \"Honor and Law\"","volume":"103 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127134678","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The typical character of the behavior of servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation from the moment they were captured was considered. Examples of the use of servicemen of the Russian Federation after returning from custody (exchange) in the interests of enemy's propaganda and re-engagement in hostilities on the territory of Ukraine are given. The prospects for the emergence of protest movements within the Russian Federation are considered in view of the examples of the past and the realities of the present. A number of special activities, which are expedient to carry out with prisoners of war of the Russian Federation during their custody in places of detention on the territory of Ukraine, are proposed for consideration. Historical, legal, information-propaganda, religious, social, political, and intelligence-recruitment activities are appropriate to be considered such measures. Prospective results of the proposed special activities with prisoners of war and their possible consequences after return from custody (exchange) are considered.","PeriodicalId":110341,"journal":{"name":"The scientific journal of the National Academy of National Guard \"Honor and Law\"","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130628090","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Mogilevska","doi":"10.33405/2078-7480/2023/1/84/276860","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33405/2078-7480/2023/1/84/276860","url":null,"abstract":"The Russian-Ukrainian war, which began in February 2014 with the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, opened a new page in the history of our country. In February 2022, Russian troops launched a large-scale invasion of the territory of Ukraine, but encountered a resolute repulse from the Defense Forces of Ukraine. However, as the scale of hostilities increased, so did the need for help from Western democratic states to Ukraine. The article is devoted to conducting a retrospective analysis of the historical and legal foundations of the implementation of the lend-lease program during the Second World War and promising ways of its application in Ukraine in today's conditions. During the retrospective analysis, it was determined that the supply of lend-lease made it possible to solve the main problematic issues of the Soviet economy, namely the production of gasoline, explosives, aluminum, other non-ferrous metals, radio stations, trucks, etc. The significance of the military aid provided under the Lend-Lease Act of 1941, which was crucial for strengthening the potential of US allied states in armed confrontation with Hitler's coalition states, is established. The role of the decision on the introduction of lend-lease for Ukraine by the United States is given in terms of the role of Ukraine in restraining Russian armed aggression and preventing its spread to the west, in particular to the states of NATO's eastern flank. At the same time, it is proposed to consider that lend-lease for Ukraine is the receipt by our state of strategically important military aid for the further effective repulsion of the aggression of the armed forces of the Russian Federation in view of the risks of prolonging the military conflict. Today, a similar step is a powerful help in strengthening Ukraine's defense capabilities and resisting Russia's armed aggression, which improves the prospects for the liberation of temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories. It has been established that Lend-Lease will not only be a guarantee of our victory on the battlefield, but will also stimulate the development of the defense industry of our country, and therefore will become a powerful catalyst for the development of the Ukrainian economy.","PeriodicalId":110341,"journal":{"name":"The scientific journal of the National Academy of National Guard \"Honor and Law\"","volume":"142 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123191060","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The article established that one of the ways to solve the problems related to the introduction of the national sustainability system is to ensure the unity of conceptual approaches and principles of activity of the subjects of ensuring national sustainability. Currently, the unity of conceptual approaches and principles of activity of subjects of ensuring national stability has not been applied in modern scientific research. Various methods of assessing risks and threats are not implemented in state and military administration bodies. And therefore, the question of systematization and generalization of the process of introducing national stability based on the application of known approaches to this process in state and military administration bodies becomes urgent. It was determined that the risk assessment methodology in different countries is not the same. According to the results of the study of the best global practices, six main stages of the relevant work can be distinguished, namely: identification of the greatest threats to national security (screening); in-depth analysis of possible consequences, development of scenario forecasts, modeling; assessment of opportunities, identification of vulnerabilities; complex mapping, geospatial support; distribution of risk assessment results, visualization; monitoring and re-assessment of risks taking into account the experience gained (lessons learned). The identified main approaches are aimed at ensuring the ability of the state and society to timely identify threats, identify vulnerabilities and assess risks to national security, prevent or minimize their negative effects, respond effectively and quickly and fully recover after the occurrence of threats or emergency and crisis situations of all kinds; allow to systematize and generalize the process of introducing national stability in state and military administration bodies and can be implemented at the strategic, operational, tactical level of management in the National Guard of Ukraine. It is advisable to direct further research to the systematization and generalization of known methods of identifying and assessing threats and vulnerabilities, assessing risks and the state of relevant opportunities.","PeriodicalId":110341,"journal":{"name":"The scientific journal of the National Academy of National Guard \"Honor and Law\"","volume":"616 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123268725","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, not every serviceman is able to carry out these decisions. As a result, many combatants suffer from lasting shame, anger, alienation, loss of religious beliefs, and other effects that are now called moral trauma. Available scientific approaches to understanding moral trauma and restoring the mental health of servicemen who were participants in morally traumatic events are summarized. An algorithm for conducting a structured interview has been developed, which involves the following stages: notation and reconstruction of the event, description of experiences, experiences and thoughts; determination of remote consequences of the event and prospects for the development of changes in himself, which the serviceman himself sees; determination of resources; searching for a basis for self-healing. At various stages of recovery of mental health, a serviceman not only finds the meaning of the suffering experienced, but also realizes how to use his own experience based on his psychological knowledge in the future, learns techniques (breathing, neurolinguistic programming, etc.) to overcome the negative symptoms of moral trauma and post-traumatic stress stress disorder. They achieve an understanding of the existing connection between the event and the destruction itself, form an idea of the normality of one's own imperfection and the need to forgive oneself or atone for guilt in a constructive way. It was determined that the proposed structured interview essentially serves as a step-by-step instruction for psychologists when conducting measures to restore and preserve the mental health of military personnel participating in hostilities.","PeriodicalId":110341,"journal":{"name":"The scientific journal of the National Academy of National Guard \"Honor and Law\"","volume":"57 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122758041","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
