Pieren","doi":"10.5209/REV_CGIB.1995.V19.2568","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5209/REV_CGIB.1995.V19.2568","url":null,"abstract":"Una campana de investigacion geologico-minera del yacimiento carbonifero de «Mina La Camocha» ha aportado nuevos y abundantes datos del Permico de la Orla Cantabrica. Al no aflorar en ningun punto el Carbonifero investigado con fines mineros, se realizo una campana de exploracion profunda que conto con lineas sismicas, sondeos geologico-mineros de superficie e interior y sondeos de investigacion hidrogeologica. Todos ellos han permitido reconocer en varios puntos la cobertera permotriasica completa, aportando numerosas precisiones y la discriminacion de unidades que generalmente no afloran. Se distinguen y caracterizan ocho unidades litoestratigraficas locales con rango de miembro, que se datan mediante correlacion regional. En las unidades basales se observan importantes cambios de facies y de potencia relacionados con la configuracion geodinamica inicial de la cuenca. Se propone un modelo de evolucion ambiental de esta. La investigacion realizada permite situar y acotar en edad las principales fallas que en determinados momentos han condicionado la sedimentacion, distinguiendose fallas alpinas y tardihercinicas. In this sense, it should be noted a systematic clockwise rotation of the paleomagnetic directions from the Catalan Coastal Range relative to those from the western part of Iberia and similarly, a clockwise rotation of the directions from Mallorca relative to those from the Catalan Direccion actual: Institut Jaume Almera, C.S.I.C., Marti i Franques sIn, 08028 Barcelo* na (Spain). 60 J. Desdeel punto de vista hidroquimico sus salmuerasestánintegradas por: a) aniones:SOC y Ch, con CO< y CO 3H— subordinados,y b) cationes: Mg 2~ y Na±,con CaZ+ y K~ subordinados(Cuadros II y nI, Fig. 4). La alta concentraciónde dichas lagunascondicionauna importantesedimentaciónsalina, que llega aproducir costrasanuales de más de 10 cm de espesor(Figs. 5, 6 y 8) en las que la fase sulfatada, integradapor unamineralogíamuy variada,es la principalmente representada.Los minerales identificados son: a) cloruros: halita; b) sulfatos: epsomita,hexahidrita, thenardita, mirabilita, bloedita, glauberita,polihalita, kieserita> loeweita, vanthoffita y yeso; e) carbonatos:calcita y dolomita (muy escasas). El gradode cristalinidady tamañode dichosmineraleses muy variable> llegando a ser muy grandes(varios centímetros)y perfectamenteenhedrales(Figs. 6 y 7). Por ello, cuandoha sido posible,además de mediantedifracción de rayos X, se han estudiadoen lámina delgada(Fig. 9).
