Afghanistan has about nine and a half billion dollars of assets, which have been kept in various international banks and reputable financial organizations to stabilize the Afghan currency and strengthen and improve Afghan national and international trade. In 2021, when the Taliban took power in Afghanistan, the assets of Afghanistan were frozen by the United States of America, which created problems and shortcomings for the current Afghan government and the people of Afghanistan. \u0000The significance of the research study is to elaborate on and discuss the impacts of the Afghan frozen assets on the society, finance, and business sectors of Afghanistan and to find a fair solution to get rid of the mentioned challenges and drawbacks. The purpose of this research study is to identify and introduce the assets of Afghanistan, provide accurate data about the assets of Afghanistan, and describe their impact on the business and banking sectors. \u0000The doctrinal research methodology and descriptive, explanatory, and analytical research approaches are used in this work. It is worth mentioning that this research study is entirely based on library sources. The researcher concluded at the end of the research study that the issue of frozen assets, deteriorating economic conditions, unemployment, and non-recognition of the ruling government of Afghanistan are the major shortcomings confronting the Afghan banking and trade sectors. This regulation is a form of government responsibility for reproductive health. The number of sexual cases that occur in the community has become our common concern and responsibility. One such case in Jambi involved a 21-year-old mother of an 11-month-old baby who reported a dozen children on different charges. The mother reported rape against herself, while dozens of children reported the mother on charges of molesting these children. This issue is not just a legal issue, but an issue related to mental health in society. This means that resolving this case is not only from a legal perspective but looking at the mental recovery that needs to be done for both perpetrators and victims so that there are no recurring problems in the future. This study investigates if there is a relationship between student unity and organizational principles supporting mass violence. Students from two different ethnic groups who are members of local student organizations participated in interviews for this study. Student organizations with a strong sense of community have made it so that the principles upheld by those organizations bind members. Senior students have the power to instil local beliefs that cause student organizations to feel morally obligated to assist peers who are having issues. This study provides a conclusive response to organizational principles and student unity that support mass violence. Additional research is required to examine student violence across a range of backgrounds and the academic climate in institutions. The coaching model used with external students will likely be impacted by differences in the college's educational climate and background organizations.

The research paper based on qualitative technique. On June 13, 2022, a sustainable analysis of global higher education via digital energy technology was conducted as a part of gathering primary data in rural Nepal, from private, public, and government campuses. Focus groups and in-depth interviews were audio recorded, and the transcriptions were precise. Online semi-structured interviews with 15 participants, including five from private campuses, five from the public, and an additional five from the government campuses, were done to collect qualitative data. Some participants in the pandemic also received instruction in utilizing ICT tools and digital pedagogy, but the post COVID, they are unable to engage in online courses owing to the availability of conventional classes. This papers examines the pedagogy of higher education in during and the post epidemic. Examining how digital teaching and learning can be one of the best options for both teachers and students during and post the epidemic is the goal of this project. For students and educators, learning about online education and becoming digital humanists is challenging job, which encourages self-reliability and improves hybrid ICT. The research discusses how professors and students in remote locations considered hybrid teaching and learning when there were limited ICT facilities, adequate electrical supplies, and sufficient familiarity with digital gadgets. Teachers are keen to boost digtal skill due to relying on e-based education, inadequate ICT skill, and absence of access to digital technology. Countryside students would be accessible online classes for global higher education after the post COVID if the government of Nepla offered a subsidy, a modest ICT infrastructure, familiarity with electronic devices, and ICT-trained professors to aid them to recover digital learning. The majority of the students of higher class demanded online classes during pandemic due to their unavailability of time, grow digital knowledge, and grasp multiple opportunities.

Governments must align national policies with the SDGs' scope and complexity. Effective governance is critical to achieving the 17 goals. Good governance will help by creating an environment conducive to collective action, holding actors accountable, and dealing with emerging complex trade-offs between goals. The Kenya Vision 2030's political pillar is "a democratic political system that is issue-based, people-centred, result-oriented, and accountable to the public." This highlights the importance of citizen participation in governance. This study delved into what can be done to promote citizen participation to enhance effective and accountable governance in Kenya. \u0000Design/methodology/approach applied: Herein, a literature review approach, drawing from published peer-reviewed journal articles and grey literature (working papers, reports from credible databases of research institutions, and official government documents) was employed to elucidate discussions and conclusions. \u0000Main findings: Tightening the democracy-education nexus, which aims at awareness creation and capacity building, is critical to promoting citizen participation and improving effective and accountable governance. Education promotes political interests and fosters civic skills thereby increasing the likelihood of political participation. An effective civic education teaches citizens about their rights and responsibilities as citizens, as well as the functioning of the government. Civic education in a democracy is self-government education. Democratic self-government entails citizens actively participating in their governance rather than passively accepting the dictums or demands of others. Education, on the other hand, should be linked to inclusivity and diversity. \u0000Practical implications: There is a need to develop an informed and empowered citizenry capable of successfully engaging in governance affairs to influence governance outcomes in the best interests of the community and posterity. Capacity building, similarly, should be an ongoing process incorporated into the community participatory framework or institutions at various administrative levels. Furthermore, training must be sensitive to, and target or capture, the community's various social categories' concerns and needs. \u0000Originality/value: While acknowledging the importance of addressing the status quo and need for citizen participation in governance, this study also delves into mechanisms that can be used to promote citizen participation in an intergenerational and intersectional manner while keeping in mind Kenya's national development blueprint, Vision 2030, as well as the United Nations' Agenda 2030 to "Leave No One, No Place Behind."
