Regulation of the Minister of Health which stipulates that the activities of organizing medical records are carried out on all medical services and actions provided to patients, both outpatients, inpatients, and emergency departments. This study aims to determine the management of inpatient medical record files in the Mawar ward. The research was conducted using quantitative research methods with a descriptive approach. This research was carried out at the Medical Record Installation of Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid Makassar. The population and samples were 93 medical record files. The presentation of the data is done in the form of a distribution table accompanied by an explanation after going through quantitative data analysis using a checklist instrument. The results showed that assembling, analysis and filling were below 80%, while indexing and coding were 100%. The conclusion from the research is that assembling, analyzing and filling have not met the quality standards of hospital services. Meanwhile, coding and indexing have met the quality standards of hospital services. Research Results: Actors who play their role in the implementation of policies in accordance with their respective duties and functions; The context of the implementation of this policy refers to the presence of midwives in the region and is also influenced by political factors, namely improving the quality of human resources is the mission of bupati and vice regent elected and has been used as development mission of South Minahasa District and economic factors which is lack of budget provided For the implementation of quality development activities for midwives, and also influenced by the context of decentralization. This policy is useful in improving and developing the quality of midwives. The implementation process is top down from central to local government. Jika dilihat berdasarkan karakteristiknya angka prevalensi pada masyarakat yang tidak bekerja yairu sebesar 39,7 %, pada Petani/Buruhtani sebesar 36,1 %, PNS/TNI/Polr/BUMN/BUMD sebesar 36,9 %, dan 34,0 % pada Wiraswasta, Nelayan 27,8 %, Buruh/Supir 30,2 %, pekerja Swasta 24,4 % dan lainnya 34,8 %. Sedangkan di Kota Banda Aceh kejadian hipertensi berjumlah hingga 6507 Penderita Hipertensi dan pada tahun 2018 berjumlah 4682 penderita. Tujuan : tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi perilaku masyarakat terhadap faktor resiko kejadian hipertensi di Desa Purwodadi. Metode : Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan rancangan penelitian deskriptif. Hasil : faktor risiko hipertensi yang memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap tingginya angka kejadian hipertensi adalah pola makan dan gaya hidup dari masyarakat. Kesimpulan : Berdasarkan Hasil dan pembahasan maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan secara keseluruhan adalah faktor risiko hipertensi dari berbagai penelitian yang telah dilakukan terdapat hubungan antara pola makan, aktivitas fisik, perilaku merokok, tingkat pengetahuan, Obesitas, Riwayat Hipertensi, dan juga jenis kelamin memiliki hubungan terhadap kejadian hipertensi. Sumber informasi yang paling dipercayai masyarakat mengenai COVID-19 ini adalah media massa televisi, kemudian diikuti oleh koran, radio, media sosial, WhatsApp Group, pemberitaan media online, dan situs internet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran media terhadap perilaku protokol kesehatan di masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian cross-sectional dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2020 dengan teknik voluntary sampling. Dari 522 responden sebanyak 468 (89,7%) responden sudah melakukan protokol Kesehatan dengan baik. Pengguna media sebanyak 376 (90,8%) responden perempuan perilaku Protokol Kesehatan sudah baik dan 92 (85,2%) responden laki-laki perilaku protokol Kesehatan sudah baik. Terdapat 234 (91,1%) responden tamat SMA perilaku protokol Kesehatan sudah baik dan sebanyak 234 (88,3%) responden dengan tidak tamat SMA perilaku protokol Kesehatan sudah baik. media yang paling banyak digunakan untuk menggali berita terkait Covid-19 di kalangan responden adalah internet (youtube, Instagram, facebook, twitter, dan whatssapp). Penelitian ini menunjukkan semua media baik elektronik maupun sosial memiliki hubungan terhadap perilaku protokol Kesehatan dengan p-value (< 0,05). Penyebab kematian ibu di Kabupaten Karawang tahun 2017 terbanyak adalah preeklamsi sebanyak 19 (32%) kasus dari 59 kasus kematian ibu. Beberapa teori dan penelitian menyatakan bahwa Pemberian air kelapa muda berpengaruh terhadap penurunan tekanan darah. Tujuan penelitian Untuk mengetahui Effektivitas penggunaan modul dan konsumsi air kelapa muda terhadap pengendalian hipertensi pada ibu hamil trimester III yang mengalami hipertensi dalam kehamilan HDK/preeklamsiu di Rengasdengklok Kabupaten Karawang Metode penelitian adalah penelitian Quasy experiment dengan pemberian modul dan air kelapa muda pada kelompok perlakuan, dan pemberian modul saja pada kelompok kontrol kemudian dilakukan observasi pada kedua kelompok tersebut. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, didapat jumlah sampel 30 kasus dan 30 kontrol. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistic T Test. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa rata-rata tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolik pada kelompok ibu HDK/Preeklamsi yang mengkonsumsi air kelapa muda sama-sama mengalami penurunan. Rata-rata tekanan darah diastolic mengalami penurunan lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan rata-rata tekanan darah sistolik. Rata-rata tekanan darah diastolik turun 0,93 mmhg sedangkan rata-rata tekanan darah diastolic turun 0,7 mmhg. Ada perbedaan rata-rata tekanan darah sistolik antara ibu HDK/preeklamsi yang mengkonsumsi air kelapa muda dengan ibu HDK/preeklamsi yang tidak mengkonsumsi air kelapa muda (P=0,000) Kesimpulan: ada perbedaan rata-rata tekanan darah sistolik antara ibu HDK/preeklamsi yang mengkonsumsi air kelapa muda dengan ibu HDK/preeklamsi yang tidak mengkonsumsi air kelapa muda. The risk of transmitting COVID-19 is very high and causing a pandemic. This causes anxiety in family planning acceptors to come to health care facilities. This anxiety is evidenced by the decrease in injection family planning acceptors from 524,989 to 341,109. Anxiety of family planning acceptors that arises in certain situations, namely COVID-19 can also be called situational anxiety. Symptoms can be characterized by a slight discomfort, palpitations and disorientation. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between anxiety levels and intention to act on repeat visits for contraceptive in the COVID-19 pandemic situation. This type of research is analytic with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all family planning acceptors who were in the working area of Puskesmas Karang Rejo, Tarakan City in October. The sampling technique in this study used a simple random sample with a number of sample 35 respondents. Bivariate analysistest use Spearman test. The correlation coefficient value is 0.453, the magnitude of the correlation coefficient is positive, which means the less anxiety, the higher intention to act. Spearman test obtained p = 0.006 <0.05. Most of the research on physiological births has focused on prenatal care. A good prenatal effect on good physiological readiness too. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the frequency and perception of antenatal care services, anxiety levels, pregnancy risks and types of delivery on the physiological readiness of labor. The research method is quantitative descriptive with cross sectional design. The research sample was postpartum mothers after 6 months of delivery in the working area of Puskesmas Pariaman Selatan. Analysis of research data used the chi-square test. The results of the study reported that there is a relationship between the frequency of visits and perceptions of Antenatal care services, anxiety, pregnancy risk and type of delivery with the physiological readiness of maternal delivery. Pregnant women are advised to make adequate antenatal care visits during pregnancy at least four times and encourage mothers to read a lot in order to know the physiological changes during pregnancy. This method is believed to be able to detect early when there are danger signs of pregnancy. Based on data from the Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS) for Employment, work accidents in the construction sector that occurred in 2019 were 114,000 and then increased to 177,000 in 2020. As an effort to prevent work accidents, companies need to implement risk management that can be applied through Australian/New Zealand 4360:2004.AbstrakPelaksanaan Keselamatan dan Kerja pada tempat kerja sebagaimana yang diamanatkan pada Undang – Undang No. 1 tahun 1970 tentang Keselamatan Kerja, Peraturan Menteri Ketenagakerjaan serta Transmigrasi No. 1 tahun 1980 perihal Keselamatan serta Kesehatan Kerja Konstruksi, merupakan kewajiban perusahaan untuk melindungi tenaga kerja berdasarkan potensi bahaya yang terdapat di tempat kerja. sesuai data Badan Penyelenggara jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Ketenagakerjaan, kecelakaan kerja pada sektor konstruksi yang terjadi di tahun 2019 sebesar 114.000 kemudian semakin tinggi menjadi 177.000 di tahun 2020. sebagai upaya pencegahan kecelakaan kerja, perusahaan perlu menerapkan manajemen risiko yang dapat diterapkan melalui standar Australia/New Zealand 4360 : 2004.
