Here, the question arises of how to manage cash waqf funding at Bank Wakaf Mikro (BWM) using the SWOT approach. This research aimed to determine the strength factors, weakness factors, opportunity factors, and threat factors in the implementation of cash waqf fund management by BWM Almuna Berkah Mandiri Krapyak. This research was a type of field research using qualitative descriptive methods. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique was obtained from various sources through triangulation and carried out continuously until saturation. The results of this research could conclude that the strength factors in managing cash waqf funding at BWM Almuna Berkah Mandiri were good human resources and infrastructure. Meanwhile, the weak factor was that social media management was not running well, so promoting customer products was less than optimal. The opportunity factor was the ease of technology, where customers would find it easy to get information from the Micro Waqf Bank. This development cannot be separated from the socio-political conditions that occurred at that time. Some of the factors that determine the development of Islamic education and science are the geographical conditions of the Abbasid dynasty located in Baghdad, far from Mecca and Medina which led to the emergence of ijtihad-ijtihad by ulama’ Ahl-Ra'yi; pluralism of people characterized by the presence of non-Arab or militant groups who are very militant; and the ideological feud of kalam, fiqh, and Sufism. In this case, there is a power relationship between government and science. The role of government is very important in determining the direction and form of Islamic education. A very rational style of religious understanding helped shape the development of Islamic education and science. Then Islamic principles should be realized, so that entrepreneurship becomes an interesting topic of study that can minimize life's problems, especially economic problems. Through a study with a qualitative approach, this study aims to describe understanding of Islamic entrepreneurship as an attempt to arouse the spirit of entrepreneurship, especially after the Covid-19 pandemic through an overview of the surat Quraisy. The method used in this research is library research or literature review, which collects data from the literature and other sources that support and are related to the discussion in this study. The results of the discussion in this study entrepreneurship is an ideal alternative to the economic crisis, especially after the Covid-19 pandemic, where many businesses have experienced a decline. Islam makes entrepreneurship part of worship, therefore it is important to understand Islamic entrepreneurship in a Muslim so that it is able to bring prosperity to the poor and is worth blessing according to the directions in the surat Quraisy. There have been many government efforts in dealing with the rampant cases of child marriage in Indonesia. One of them is by enacting the Marriage Law regarding the age limit for marriage. The change in the age limit for marriage regulated in laws and regulations to 19 years for both men and women has actually increased the number of child marriages in Indonesia. This research is a qualitative research with a case study type of research, namely in the Religious Court of Probolinggo City. From the research that has been done, the authors can conclude that even though the age limit for marriage has been regulated in the Marriage Law, a marriage dispensation policy for those w ho still wish to marry under the specified age can still be issued by a judge with various considerations. It cannot be denied that the existence of a marriage dispensation has actually become a boomerang for the effectiveness of the Marriage Law concerning the marriage age limit that has been made.
