Second, the content of the interpretation in the verse 26 in Surah al-Baqarah which explains the purpose of Allah's parable in the verse, also explains the nature of the characteristics of believing Muslims and the nature of hypocrites, and explains the recompense for the fasiq who Allah has misguided with his parables. . For this reason, producers must convince consumers that the cosmetics they produce and sell are guaranteed to be halal. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between halal awareness, religiosity, and purchasing decisions. The methodology used in this research was quantitative with SEM-SmartPLS analysis tool. The study was conducted on 115 Muslim consumers in Pekanbaru, Riau Province with a purposive sampling procedure. The results of this study indicated that there is a positive influence of halal awareness on religiosity, a positive influence of religiosity on purchasing decisions, and the influence of halal awareness on purchasing decisions. Halal awareness can explain religiosity by 62.7% and has a strong correlation. Religiosity can explain purchasing decisions by 69% and also it has a strong correlation. The theoretical implication is that halal awareness and religiosity should be used as a theoretical basis and measure in purchasing decisions. Pertama, konflik dalam masyarakat Madura kadang berujung carok. Kedua, para peneliti Madura cenderung memusatkan perhatian pada tindak kekerasan dan perilaku carok. Stereotipe itu pun berakibat pada budaya budaya pemukiman tanèan lanjâng. Padahal beberapa fakta menyatakan bahwa sistem permukiman tanèan lanjâng menjadi suatu lingkungan yang nihil carok. Masyarakat tanèan lanjâng di Omben, Kabupaten Sampang misalnya telah menjadi best practice dalam mengelola konflik sehingga menjadi suatu daerah nihil carok. \u0000Artikel ini hendak mencari dua hal. Pertama, pola harmonisasi dalam kehidupan masyarakat tanèan lanjâng. Kedua, berusaha menginventarisasi penguat harmonisasi sosial dalam masyarakat Madura yang dikemas dalam sistem tanèan lanjâng. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan jenis studi kasus. Data-data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sementara analisis data dilakukan dengan siklus analisis data interaktif. Dalam menguji keabsahan data dilakukan triangulasi sumber, metode, dan waktu. \u0000Kesimpulan yang didapat antara lain, pola harmonisasi sosial dalam kearifan lokal masyarakat tanèan lanjâng, terdiri dari empat pola. Pertama, Rasionalitas instumental yang ditujukan untuk terciptanya kerukunan dan keharmonisan. Kedua, rasionalitas nilai yang diwariskan para leluhur. Ketiga, tindakan tradisional yang didasari oleh asas-asas kearifan lokal yang mengakar sebagai tradisi. Keempat, tindakan afektif yang merupakan dorongan reflektif emosi dan perasaan. Sementara itu, kehidupan harmoni dalam masyarakat tanèan lanjâng dikuatkan oleh dua simpul pengikat. Pertama, kekeluargaan. Entitas kekeluargaan yang tergambar dalam struktur bangunan dan keluarga batih dalam pemukiman tanèan lanjâng. The results of the study show that the epistemological pattern of the paradigm of the formulation of the DSN-MUI integrates the idealism and realism of Islamic law. This integration can be seen from the four DSN-MUI paradigms. First, al-Taysîr al-Manhaji. This paradigm emphasizes the formulation of fatwas to use legal opinions that do not burden legal subjects, but still adhere to the correct methodology of Islamic law. Second, at-Tafriq baina al-Halal wal Haram. This paradigm emphasizes the separation of halal and haram issues, both in terms of capital, product development, and profit. This is because Islamic economic activities cannot be completely separated from the conventional economic system that has been running for a long time. Third, I'adah al-Nazhar. This paradigm emphasizes reviewing the opinions of classical Islamic law when it is seen that it is no longer a solution to the empirical problems of sharia economics in modern society. Fourth, Tahqiq al-Manath.
