Saraswati","doi":"10.51578/j.sitektransmar.v4i2.53","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.51578/j.sitektransmar.v4i2.53","url":null,"abstract":"Vessels with a Gros Tonage of 88 and above equipped with ringsein fishing gear have an average permit for fishing areas that are far away, namely in the Makassar Sea, Natuna Sea, Java Sea and Eastern Indonesia Region, so with permits to catch far on the high seas these vessels requires a cooler that can last a long time to store the catch, and also to maintain the freshness of the fish and its quality. However, the installation of this cooling device has not been matched by the competence of the workers installing the freezer. Most of the freezer installation workers on fishing boats do not have a certificate in installing freezer cooling equipment. This study aims to identify and analyze regulations or legal rules regarding the supervision of the installation of Freezer coolers and regulations governing the competence of workers installing freezers and the authorities supervising their work. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection methods through interviews, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed by analytical description method. The research results show that government regulations or policies governing the installation of freezer coolers on fishing vessels have not been regulated by the government, which has direct or indirect licensing and supervision implications.Kapal dengan Gros Tonage 88 ke atas yang dilengkapi dengan alat tangkap pursein rata-rata memiliki ijin wilayah tangkap yang jauh yaitu di laut Makasar, Laut Natuna, Laut Jawa dan Wilayah Indonesia Timur, sehingga dengan ijin tangkap yang jauh di laut lepas kapal-kapal ini membutuhkan alat pendingin yang bisa bertahan lama untuk menyimpan hasil tangkapanya, dan juga untuk menjaga kesegaran ikan dan kualitasnya. Akan tetapi pemasangan alat pendingin ini masih belum di imbangi dengan kompetensi pekerja pemasang frezeer. Sebagian besar pekerja pemasang freezer pada kapal ikan belum mempunyai sertifikat dalam pemasangan alat pendingin freezer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis regulasi atau aturan hukum, mengenai pengawasan pemasangan alat pendingin Freezer dan Regulasi yang mengatur tentang kompetensi pekerja pemasangan freezer serta otoritas yang mengawasi pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan metode deskripsi analitis. The problem taken in this research is to find out if there was any effect between the study achievement PIP Semarang cadet to the use of representative practice and the cadet’s attitude at practice. To answer that problem, the sample used is 50 cadet’s from 220 cadet populations taken stratified random sampling. The analysis system used in this research is validity, reliability, and moment product correlation. The analyst result shows that representative practice frequency is not enough yet, because the average frequency of practice is just once a month. The relation between practice periods to cadet’s study achievement is 0,254 which means there is any relation although it’s so small rate.Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh tingkat penerapan peranan bimbingan perwalian dan sikap taruna pada bimbingan perwalian terhadap prestasi belajar taruna PIP Semarang Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara prestasi belajar taruna Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang terhadap penerapan bimbingan perwalian dan sikap taruna terhadap bimbingan. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, sampel yang digunakan adalah 50 orang dari populasi 220 taruna yang diambil secara stratified random sampling. Analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah : uji validitas, reliabilitas, korelasi product moment. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa frekuensi bimbingan perwalian belum mencukupi karena rata-rata frekuensi bimbingan baru satu kali dalam satu bulan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan antara lain metode observasi atau pengamatan, metode interview atau wawancara dan metode studi pustaka.Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan yang telah diperoleh, KM. Hari Baru Indonesia mempunyai kendala pada kinerja kompresor antara lain : terdapat karat pada katup isap kompresor, konsumsi oli kompresor yang boros, terdapat kebocoran pada sirkulasi pipa ke botol angin, serta kesalahan dalam pemilihan oli yang mengakibatkan komponen tidak awet. Proses perbaikan dan penanganan pada kompresor sangatlah penting dikarenakan menyangkut olah gerak ataupun untuk keperluan-keperluan lainnya. Tidak optimalnya kinerja kompresor salah satu penyebabnya adalah terdapat karat pada katup isap, udara luar yang masuk menyebabkan munculnya kerak dikarenakan udara tidak benar-benar bersih dan tidak kering. This study aims to determine the distribution activity system of fishermen's catches on land in Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai (PPP) Puger and Tempat Pelelangan Ikan (TPI) Puger and to determine the distribution of catches in Puger’s port. The research method used is field research using descriptive methods. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the distribution activity system for fishermen's catches on land at PPP Puger and TPI Puger was divided into 3 (three) stages, starting from when the catch was landed, stored and then transported to the destination. Explosion prevention is carried out by introducing inert gas into the cargo tank with the aim of reducing oxygen levels in the cargo tank atmosphere so as to prevent the formation of a flammable gas mixture. Inert gas contains very little oxygen, namely 1-2% by volume. The device that produces the inert gas is called the Inert Gas Generator (IGG). The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that cause high oxygen content contained in the inert gas and the efforts made related to the factors mentioned so that the inert gas generator can work optimally. The research method used by the author is descriptive qualitative with Fishbone data analysis techniques and SWOT analysis. The results of the study stated that the factors causing oxygen content of more than 3% were dirty fuel filter, too much combustion air supply, oxygen analyzer that was rarely calibrated, flow sampling was too large, fuel quality was not good, lack of crew knowledge. to PMS (Plan Maintenance System) IGG. Hasil menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh umu pelumas terhadap kanikan suhu mesin induk.
