Namun dalam pengoperasian kapal masih banyak ditemukan kapal yang belum layak laut, namun tetap dipaksakan untuk berlayar karena dalam menentukan sebuah kapal laik laut belum secara utuh dan maksimal karena sifatnya terkadang belum jelas. Maka dari itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sertifikat keselamatan kapal, untuk mengetahui proses penerbitan sertifikat kapal oleh Kementerian Perhubungan. Manfaat penelitian mengetahui dan menambah pengetahuan tentang status hukum kapal dalam rangka menciptakan keselamatan berlayar dan juga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan cara mengumpulkan data data dari studi pustaka, dokumen dan data diskriptif dari tulisan dari beberapa sumber dan juga sumber dari pihak pihak yang ada didalam proses penerbitan sertifikat keselamatan kapal. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa proses penerbitan sertifikat keselamatan kapal dalam pengajuannya harus melihat expired date, pengajuan permohonan tersebut diajukan ke KSOP lalu pada melalui bidang SHSK menunjuk Marine Inspector untuk melakukan pemeriksaan kapal dan mendapat data kapal untuk persyaratan penerbitan sertifikat keselamatan kapal. This regulation regulates operational and administrative standards to prevent accidents at sea and protect the health and safety of crew, passengers, and the marine environment. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of the International Safety Management Code (ISM) on PT AKR's sea transportation. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method by conducting direct interviews with PT AKR Sea Transport personnel regarding the application of the ISM Code on the company's vessels. The results of the study indicate that PT AKR Sea Transport implements the ISM Code effectively and efficiently and has successfully met the requirements set out in the ISM Code. However, there are still some things that need to be addressed, especially related to the lack of awareness of company employees of the importance of implementing the ISM Code. The causes of accidents on fishing vessels are low crew awareness regarding work safety in shipping and fishing activities, low mastery of navigation and fishing safety competencies, ships are not equipped with safety equipment as they should be. Bad weather such as big waves and lack of knowledge and skills in using work safety equipment. Data collection was carried out by direct observation and interviews with fishermen in Ciincing. This research aims to find out the picture of the mental safety of Cilincing fishermen when going to sea. The results of this research show that the types of accidents frequently experienced by Cilincing fishermen are slips, bumps, falls into the sea, leaking boats, engine propellers caught in rubbish, sinking boats and ship collisions. The causes of work accidents experienced by Cilincing fishermen are a lack of skills in avoiding safety, incomplete safety equipment, inadequate vessels and a lack of navigational aids. The level of knowledge of Cilincing fishing fishermen about life safety is quite good because they often receive safety training and life safety equipment at sea. So many effective learning methods are used, one of which is the learning method using machining aids on ships. Therefore, making ship machining aids is an exciting thing to work on in this modern era. The type of teaching aid made by the author is a solenoid valve controlled by Arduino on a freshwater generator teaching aid. The method used is research and development, a process or steps to develop a new product or improve an existing product, both hardware and software. The model in this development research is a procedural model, which outlines the manufacturing steps exposed sequentially and gradually from the beginning to the end. The solenoid valve control model by Arduino on the freshwater generator teaching aid utilizes two electronic modules: the Arduino Uno type module and the one-channel timer delay relay module. The two modules are programmed directly with the buttons on the module. The working system in this prop is that the heater is filled with water and then heated, and then the water vapor is flowed through the transfer pipe and condensed using a condensor and holding tank. Dunia Trans Persada in the process of exporting glassfibre reinforced cement, to know the process of handling the export of glassfibre reinforced cement commodities using, and to know how to overcome obstacles experienced during the Export Handling Process of Glassfibre reinforced cement commodities. The method in this study uses qualitative descriptive research methods Data collection techniques are divided into 3 methods, namely observation methods, documentation methods and interview methods. The results of the study obtained that PT. Dunia Trans Persada as Freight forwarding engaged in freight forwarding services as well as an agent in charge of all transportation activities from the beginning to the destination of goods, from domestic to abroad, the country where the exporter is going. PT. Dunia Trans Persada assists exporters in the provision and management of transportation and export implementation documents, prepares and carries out all services requested by exporters to ship export goods, choose travel routes, pick up goods from the exporter's place, packing, ordering ship space, and ease of customs affairs. Obstacles faced by PT. The world of Trans Persada is a busy ship schedule and there is still a lack of thoroughness in the work of employees. \u0000Kapal dengan Gros Tonage 88 ke atas yang dilengkapi dengan alat tangkap pursein rata-rata memiliki ijin wilayah tangkap yang jauh yaitu di laut Makasar, Laut Natuna, Laut Jawa dan Wilayah Indonesia Timur, sehingga dengan ijin tangkap yang jauh di laut lepas kapal-kapal ini membutuhkan alat pendingin yang bisa bertahan lama untuk menyimpan hasil tangkapanya, dan juga untuk menjaga kesegaran ikan dan kualitasnya. Akan tetapi pemasangan alat pendingin ini masih belum di imbangi dengan kompetensi pekerja pemasang frezeer. Sebagian besar pekerja pemasang freezer pada kapal ikan belum mempunyai sertifikat dalam pemasangan alat pendingin freezer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis regulasi atau aturan hukum, mengenai pengawasan pemasangan alat pendingin Freezer dan Regulasi yang mengatur tentang kompetensi pekerja pemasangan freezer serta otoritas yang mengawasi pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan metode deskripsi analitis. The purpose of this study is to determine the efforts made in carrying out two-level air compressor maintenance on the KM SK 3 ship owned by PT. Trasindo diamonds in an effort to produce high-pressure air when sailing. This research method is qualitative descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques are obtained through field research by combining interview, observation, and documentation methods. The results showed that the maintenance of the air compressor on the KM SK 3 ship to produce high-pressure air has been carried out properly according to the manual book. The efforts made include carrying out maintenance and checking regularly and always paying attention to the lubrication and cooling system. Another effort made in compressor maintenance is the creation of a schedule for each change of lubricating oil, in order to monitor each change of lubricating oil. Furthermore, during docking and emergency situations, check the piston rings, connecting rods and non-return valves. \u0000Kompresor udara merupakan suatu permesinan bantu yang digunakan untuk memampatkan gas yang biasanya menghisap udara dari atmosfer, selain itu untuk menghisap udara atau gas yang bertekanan tinggi dari tekanan atmosfer. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui upaya-upaya yang dilakukan dalam melakukan perawatan kompresor udara dua tingkat di kapal KM SK 3 milik PT. Berlian Trasindo dalam usaha untuk menghasilkan udara bertekanan tinggi saat melakukan pelayaran. Metode penelitian yang diguanakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data didapatkan melalui penelitian lapangan field research dengan penggabungan metode interview, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perawatan kompresor udara di kapal KM SK 3 untuk menghasilkan udara bertekanan tinggi sudah dilakukan secara baik sesuai manual book. Upaya yang dilakukan diantaranya melakukan perawatan dan pengecekan secara rutin dan selalu memperhatikan sistem pelumasan dan pendinginan. Selain itu juga memeriksa alat-alat sebelum digunakan seperti alat-alat pengaman, packing-packing, seal-seal dan lain sebagainya. Upaya lain yang dilakukan dalam perawatan kompresor adalah pembuatan jadwal setiap mengganti minyak pelumas, gunanya untuk memantau setiap penggantian minyak pelumas.
