Based on years of engineering experience, we design a new medicine cover structure for the linear cumulative cutter. The simulation experiment verifies the feasibility of the medicine mask structure designed in this paper when cutting the target plate, and also helps us to realize the essential process of linear-shaped energy cutting target. At the same time, to resolve complex computational problems of parameters identification quickly, the method of parameters identification for mixed polarization circuit model is presented based on particle swarm optimization algorithm. To bridge the gap between clean training data and noisy testing data, we propose three random (3R) data augmentation strategies: random word deletion (RWD), random word substitution (RWS), and random phoneme edition (RPE) in both word and phoneme levels on the training dataset. Specifically, we contribute an acoustically similar vocabulary with phoneme level editions for acoustically similar word substitution. In addition, we first introduce the RoBERTa-large model into a punctuation prediction task to capture the semantics and the long-distance dependencies in language. Within the context of this competition, This paper builds a neural network-based decision-making model of air-sea joint defensive operations. The data set of the neural network model in this paper was based on the confrontation simulations between the red and blue sides. The former has good search efficiency but it can not find the global optimal reduction. Conversely, the latter is possible to find global optimal reduction but usually suffers from premature convergence. To address this problem, this paper proposes a two-stage algorithm for finding high quality reduction. In first stage, a classical differential evolution algorithm is employed to rapidly approach the optimal solution. When the premature convergence is detected, a local search algorithm which is intuitively a forward-backward heuristics is launched to improve the quality of the reduction. This paper proposes a new algorithm, community detection based on Beetle Antennae Search Algorithm (BAS), which employs a novel optimization algorithm with a simpler calculation process and fewer parameters. Beetle antennae search (BAS) is an efficient metaheuristic algorithm inspired by the foraging behaviors of beetles. The advantages include a small amount of calculation, fast optimization speed, and easy to implement. The beetle gets food location by using the left and right antennae on its head to sense the intensity of food odor. The encoding strategy for community detection has been redesign for the BAS algorithm. A classification method DN-F-SVM based on combining DenseNet architecture with Support Vector Machine (SVM) is proposed for flower recognition. First a convolutional architecture DenseNet with the characteristics of dense connection mechanism and feature reuse is utilized to train data. Then, flower features obtained from the connection layer of DenseNet are extracted and efficient features are selected with feature selection method of Fast Correlation-Based Filter (FCBF), which combines with SVM to achieve flower classification. The proposed classification method DN-F-SVM has been trained on the Oxford-17 and Oxford-l02 flower data sets. It is concluded that: (1) the software and hardware conditions of the badminton training market in Dongguan are insufficient; (2) The badminton training market remains to be developed; (3) The information publicity of badminton training club lags behind. (4) The operation mode of badminton training club needs to be specialized and the development concept needs to be changed. Accordingly, to improve Dongguan badminton training skill, clubs in Dongguan should pay attention to the promotion of badminton training market and strengthen communication with parents of students. The essential part of this essay can be divided into two parts. First, we use a theoretical model to analyze the mechanism of the trade within the boundary of one nation, with the restriction of carbon emission and the reduction of the carbon intensity, the cause and effect of one nation, especially the ‘Scale, Structure and technology effects. Second, we establish a series of econometric models, in which we can get a better understanding of the relationship between export and carbon emission, and we can also explain the elements that lead to the structure changes of the international trade of our country. Finally, we use the ‘dual bonus effect’ of carbon taxation to cooperate with the policy of carbon emission right to realize target of optimum emission.
