In information-dominated wars, combat deployment operations should take into account the recent achievements in computational analysis of combat information data. The purpose of the National intelligent Game Challenge of Joint Operation is to optimize the high-level innovation achievements inside and outside the military, to discover the top algorithm talents, and to promote the innovative application of intelligent technologies in the field of combat planning and charge. Within the context of this competition, This paper builds a neural network-based decision-making model of air-sea joint defensive operations. The data set of the neural network model in this paper was based on the confrontation simulations between the red and blue sides.
