It is shown, that time of measurement of electric resistance of an integument and BT on a direct current should not be less than 30 c. as after this time of the indication of the measured device are stabilized. Values of resistance of an integument on a direct current considerably exceed resistance BT, and resistance BT along fibres and across differ to a lesser degree. With increase in a direct current resistance of an integument and BT falls, and more significant falling is observed at smaller sizes of a current. It is found that for Si nanocrystals, the quenching rate of photoluminescence under ion irradiation strongly depends on the energy loss rate of ions.
