According to the characteristics of this kind of problem, the model was solved by using the improved fruit fly optimization algorithm that is based on the weighted code. Then, a practical case of air conditioner assembly line was solved, and the results revealed that the number of workstations was obviously decreased and the balancing rate of the line obviously improved. Based on these, a decision support software system for ALBP-I based on fruit fly algorithm was developed, which could quickly calculate the minimum number of workstations and the job distribution. In a complicated and dynamic environment, planning efficiency is crucial. In this paper, we propose a hybrid path planning scheme for a differentially driven wheeled robot with dynamical constraints by combining global path planning and local hierarchical architectures in a complex dynamic environment. In path planning under the hybrid structure, first, we generate a global path based on the adaptive goal-directed RRT algorithm. This way can achieve Efficiency. Local path planning uses the DWA with PID controller instead of the cost function for real-time motion control. A seamless interface between the global and local path planning mechanisms is designed to contribute to the whole hybrid path planning scheme. Combined science and technology assistance makes human maritime activities undergo a revolution with increasing artificial intelligence aboard ships. For instance, it is now possible to embed sensor processing to automatize tasks that humans could perform at a time. As a result, piloting ships among sea waves is a particular interest. In this paper, we address the prediction based ship's motion using deep learning. To create a 3D image, we use a computer graphic software named Blender. It is possible to simulate ships floating at sea level, recording sea surface images and the vessels' motion parameters, considering their pitch and roll. We employ different kind of neural network models for training include convolutional neural network (CNN), the combination of convolutional neural network with long short term memory (LSTM), and the combination of convolutional neural network with a gated recurrent unit (GRU) network. Numerical simulation research to study the influence of different exit speeds and pitch angles on the fire extinguishing effect. The simulation results show that with the increase of the jet speed of the fire extinguisher robot, the pressure shape of the jet impacting the ground will not change, the effective pressure area will increase with the increase of speed, and the central area of the pressure will also slightly increase. The effective fire extinguishing area is increased and the fire extinguishing can be realized more quickly. The increase in the spray speed of the fire extinguishing robot will also make the water mist ripples sputtered by the jet denser, and the diameter of the sputtered droplets will also be reduced, and the evaporation and heat absorption effect will be better. Its technical advantages have great potential application value in the power industry. Most of the existing blockchain schemes directly combine the CP-ABE algorithm with the Blockchain. However, due to the lack of permission inheritance, these schemes have permission to redundancy and waste computing resources. In this paper, a new user-controlled on-chain permission management scheme is proposed. The original CP-ABE model is extended in this scheme, and the concept of role assignment and attribute tree is proposed. The attribute tree uses the multi-tree structure to realize the attribute set's specification description. The connectivity between roles in the attribute tree represents the inheritance relationship of permission so that the permission inheritance and permission granting can be realized. In this paper, a sidechain prototype system is developed for evaluating the scheme, and its performance is tested and analyzed. In this paper, the algorithm design of contour thickness and slice thickness is studied through the adaptive layer method; The Hilbert curve path method based on weighted loop is used to optimize the scanning path. Finally, the design model is verified, and the results show that the printing accuracy is improved by 15.98%, the average printing time is reduced by 15%, and the work efficiency of the printer is improved. If the object is not detected when the vehicle is driving on the highway, it will cause a severe safety hazard. To evaluate and improve the object detection model, we propose a hard case extraction algorithm based on image perceptual hash encoding. We encode the object regions of each frame and then match them in adjacent frames. We optimize the search algorithm to achieve fast matching, improving efficiency by about ten times while ensuring accuracy. Then, we extract hard frames from a large number of unlabeled video frames, and the experimental results show that the accuracy is 92%.
