In order to further improve the printing accuracy of 3D printers in China, the layering and scanning path of 3D solid printing are analyzed. In this paper, the algorithm design of contour thickness and slice thickness is studied through the adaptive layer method; The Hilbert curve path method based on weighted loop is used to optimize the scanning path. Finally, the design model is verified, and the results show that the printing accuracy is improved by 15.98%, the average printing time is reduced by 15%, and the work efficiency of the printer is improved.
