However, it is possible that the provision of cash assistance has ‘sideway’ effects. This study aims to analyze the impact of the cash transfer program on household durable asset accumulation. This study utilizes randomized control trial data from the experimental design of the Hopefull Family Program (PKH) as a conditional cash transfer program in Indonesia. The period of impact evaluation in this study is after six years of implementation. Baseline data were obtained from the 2007 PNPM Generasi Program Impact Evaluation Survey, while follow-up data was obtained from the 2013 Health and Education Services Survey. Using the intention-to-treat (ITT) impact estimate, it was concluded that the PKH cash transfer program was not statistically proven. has an impact on the accumulation of durable assets as seen from the ownership of television, refrigerator, and cellphone. Data yang digunkan dalam penelitian ini adalah data skunder. Data tersebut bersumber dari website resmi BEI. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan-perusahaan manufaktur subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2016-2020. Metode penarikan sampel adalah nonprobabilitas, dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria yang ada diperoleh 10 sampel perusahaan makanan dan minuman. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 18. Economic growth can be measured using Gross Domestic Regional Product. There are many indicators that can affect the condition of Gross Domestic Regional Product, namely Government Expenditures, Original Local Government Revenue, Domestic Investment, Human Development Index. Quantitative method is used as the method of this research, with analysis tool that is panel data regression analysis. Using secondary data in the form of panel data with data sources coming from the Badan Pusat Statistic of East Java. The dependent variable in this study is Gross Domestic Regional Product , with the independent variables being Government Expenditures, Original Local Government Revenue, Domestic Investment, Human Development Index. The results of the study explain that government Expenditure, Original Local Government Revenue, Human Development Index have a significant and positive effect on Gross Domestic Regional Product, while Domestic Investment has no significant effect on Gross Domestic Regional Product. The methodology used is a quantitative approach and uses one independent variable, namely Bintqual (Banking Internal Service Quality) and one dependent variable, namely employee job satisfaction. The sample used is all employees of Bank Sumut Syariah Medan Branch as many as 33 samples. The type of data used in this study is Primary Data. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis, instrument test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing. Based on the data analysis, the results of the research instrument test, the research data is valid and reliable. In the classical assumption test, the results of the study show that the data is normally distributed. The t-test shows that the Banking Internal Service Quality (X) variable has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction (Y). This is evidenced by the statistical results of the t-test for the Banking Internal Service Quality (X) variable, which is indicated by a value of 0.043 <0.05.
