Analisis pengaruh akses tenaga listrik yang handal terhadap performa usaha mikro kecil di Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of reliable electricity access on the performance of micro and small enterprises in Indonesia and its posible heterogenous effect between micro-scale and small-scale enterprise and between those in lagging areas and those who are not. By using multiple linear regression, this study found that MSE exposed to reliable electricity access has higher revenue per worker, profit per worker, and value added per worker by 3.3%, 5.9% and 3.3% respectively. This study also proved that the difference in the magitude of the effect of reliable electricity access only occurs in enterprise’s revenue per worker between micro-scale and small-scale enterprise.
