Economic growth can be measured using Gross Domestic Regional Product. There are many indicators that can affect the condition of Gross Domestic Regional Product, namely Government Expenditures, Original Local Government Revenue, Domestic Investment, Human Development Index. Quantitative method is used as the method of this research, with analysis tool that is panel data regression analysis. Using secondary data in the form of panel data with data sources coming from the Badan Pusat Statistic of East Java. The dependent variable in this study is Gross Domestic Regional Product , with the independent variables being Government Expenditures, Original Local Government Revenue, Domestic Investment, Human Development Index. The results of the study explain that government Expenditure, Original Local Government Revenue, Human Development Index have a significant and positive effect on Gross Domestic Regional Product, while Domestic Investment has no significant effect on Gross Domestic Regional Product.
