By studying GDP, it can analyze the economic structure of a country or region, determine the development trend of a country. GDP is widely applied in fields such as macroeconomic analysis, policy formulation, and international economic comparison. After Chinese reform and opening up, the economy has developed rapidly, and the GDP has shown a trend of increasing year by year. Therefore, the analysis of Chinese GDP is meaningful. This article analyzes GDP data from 2001 to 2017. Linear regression method is used for prediction first but the goodness of fit for this model to predict GDP is not very high. So then the Auto Regressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) model is used for prediction. The results indicate that the ARIMA algorithm has higher goodness of fit and can better illustrate the situation, which can be used for short-term prediction in China. All this model is realized in the python.","PeriodicalId":104305,"journal":{"name":"Advances in Economics, Management and Political Sciences","volume":"23 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141804181","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, environmental changes and industrial restructuring have brought new risks to the aquaculture supply chain. Recently, people have also paid more and more attention to the marine environment because a good marine environment is the foundation of the healthy development of mariculture. This study analyses the risks in the aquaculture supply chain from the perspective of the marine environment, using Changhai County, Liaoning Province, as an example. The study identified marine environmental issues such as over-sized aquaculture, irrational aquaculture structure, resource integration gaps, nuclear wastewater discharge and offshore oil pollution. Recommendations included restructuring aquaculture, professional training, establishing cooperative mechanisms, and improving seafood quality testing and marine environment monitoring. Addressing these challenges is essential to ensure the stable and healthy development of seafood markets and the sustainability of the aquaculture industry.","PeriodicalId":104305,"journal":{"name":"Advances in Economics, Management and Political Sciences","volume":"58 9","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141805633","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This technology offers environmental protection and sustainability advantages. The company maintains market competitiveness through continuous technological improvements, enhanced efficiency and durability, and expanded production capacity. First Solar holds significant market share in the United States and India, aided by government incentives like the U.S. Inflation Reduction Act and Indias Production-Linked Incentive Program. The company is expanding globally through acquisitions and long-term agreements, with plans to build new factories in both countries to boost production. Financially, First Solar performs well in liquidity, solvency, and profitability, ranking in the upper-middle tier among industry competitors. Its healthy short-term debt solvency is indicated by strong current and quick ratios, while its low debt ratio and high interest coverage ratio highlight robust long-term debt solvency. The companys gross and net profit margins are stable and expected to grow. First Solars earnings per share (EPS) and revenue growth rates surpass those of its peers, and its price-to-earnings (P/E) and earnings growth (PEG) ratios suggest lower relative future earnings growth, enhancing investment appeal. In summary, First Solar demonstrates strong market competitiveness and growth potential with its advanced technology, sustainable business model, and solid financial performance, positioning it as a leader in the solar energy industry.","PeriodicalId":104305,"journal":{"name":"Advances in Economics, Management and Political Sciences","volume":"36 16","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141805989","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In response, the development of new energy technologies has emerged as a pivotal strategy to alleviate energy shortages while aligning with ambitious carbon neutrality objectives. Understanding and properly assessing the financial landscape and risks faced by new energy enterprises are paramount for effective management and sustainable growth. This paper delves into this imperative by focusing on BYD, a prominent player in the new energy sector. Employing a comprehensive approach, this study begins with a SWOT qualitative analysis, dissecting BYD's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. This analysis illuminates the nuanced landscape within which BYD operates, shedding light on both its potential and the challenges it must navigate. Subsequently, the study employs the Price/Earnings (P/E) model to assess BYD's valuation, providing quantitative insights into its financial standing and market positioning. Key findings from this research reveal a promising trajectory for BYD. Over the past two years, the company has demonstrated rapid growth in operating income, coupled with an enhanced debt repayment capacity, indicative of its robust developmental potential. However, the evaluation using the P/E model suggests that BYD's true value may be underestimated, hinting at further upside potential and market opportunities. This holistic examination underscores the importance of integrating qualitative and quantitative methodologies to comprehensively evaluate new energy enterprises, offering valuable insights for strategic decision-making and sustainable growth in the evolving energy landscape.","PeriodicalId":104305,"journal":{"name":"Advances in Economics, Management and Political Sciences","volume":"62 5","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141802521","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
