In order to do a good job in mine water inrush prevention and control, it is necessary to find out the source of mine water inrush. Combining with the relevant research results in recent years, this paper focuses on discussing several commonly used methods for identifying mine water inrush sources, such as conventional hydrochemical characteristics discriminant method, isotope analysis method, distance discriminant analysis method, BP neural network method, etc, pointing out their respective advantages and disadvantages. It is concluded that each method has its limitations, selection and determination methods should be based on the actual situation of hydrogeology and comprehensive utilization of various methods, which can greatly improve the accuracy of water inrush source identification and overcome the shortcomings of single method. It can provide some reference and guidance for related research work. Introduction In coal mining and production, mine water inrush is one of the most important mine safety disasters, which is parallel with fire, gas and other accidents. It has been a serious threat to the safety of coal mining for a long time, how to find out the cause of water inrush timely and accurately and determine the source of water inrush is the primary problem to solve and further prevent water inrush accidents, and also the precondition to do a good job of follow-up treatment work[1]. To distinguish the source of mine water inrush, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the hydrogeology and geological structure conditions of the mining area, and make full analysis by using the basic data of hydrochemistry, water temperature, water level and so on[2].Among them, hydrochemical data is the most objective reflection of groundwater characteristics. Water quality data can be used to identify water sources accurately, quickly and economically[3].In recent years, the discriminant analysis method of mine water inrush source has developed rapidly. From the initial environmental isotope analysis method and conventional hydrochemical characteristics discriminant method, multivariate statistical analysis method (distance discriminant analysis method, etc) and non-linear identification method (BP neural network method, etc) have been gradually created. These methods complement and verify each other, which is the main method of water source discrimination at present[4], and also makes the theory of water source discrimination step into a mature stage gradually. This paper will mainly elaborate and evaluate the methods listed above. The model combines convolution network and bidirectional GRU model with a unified architecture, by defining varisized regional list embedding, it produces nonobjective feature representations of word vectors in distinction positions, and it has only Chinese character vectors and Chinese character word vectors, without position embedding. The laboratory findings show that our method is very effective on the Chinese corpus ACE2005 dataset about entities extraction task. Introduction Aiming at the problem that the traditional CNN model ignores the text context and leads to the lack of text semantics, a convolution layer improvement algorithm is proposed in this paper. By stripping the convolution layer from the CNN model, the convolution layer structure is improved, by defining a varisized sizes regional list embedding, and producing nonobjective feature representation of word vectors at imparity locations, which results in more accurate feature representation by fusing multiple local features, and position vectors aren’t required. Related Work Many researchers have putted forward to a number of solid relational extraction methods based on deep neural networks. Liu et al. [1] is first team who used convolution neural network to automatically learn sentence representation for relational classification tasks, the characteristics of lexical features, lexicality and so on are added to the model, their model get F1 value in the corpus ACE2005 dataset, and exceed the kernel function method 9%. Dong-xu Zhang et al. [2] used RNN to get varisized location feature by training corpus. Zhang [3] proposed using bidirectional long short-term memory network(Bi-LSTM) to build whole sentences extract model, this model used many features, include NLP tools and lexical resources, POS, NER and so on, of course, it achieved the state-of-the-art result. In order to make full use of the competitive advantages of existing neural networks, Sun ziyang et al. [4] also used BiLSTM to model sentence dependency shortest path, and this model use out of CNN as input of LSTM to train the model. This method took full comprehensive advantage of Bi-LSTM model and the CNN model, because Bi-LSTM is good at capturing distance mutual relationship, while CNN can capture the local flat characteristics of sentences. In view of above research, we propose a method for Chinese entity relationship extraction based on bidirectional Gated Recurrent Unit (RLE-BiGRU), it is a new means by defining a new vector (RLE). Experiments result is F1-score of 85.3% on the Chinese corpus ACE2005 dataset, which shows the validity of the work in this paper for the Chinese entity relations extraction. This can reduce the electricity allocation and punishment by the power grid. In order to overcome the characteristics of large delay and inertia of CFB unit and improve the quality of AGC, a multi-feedforward is added to the boiler master, the prediction section and configuration of coal quantity were designed, and a new objective function was devised to self-optimize the coal quantity. Logic of automatic optimization was made to improve the control indexes of AGC. Fracture degree of a slope is defined as the ratio of the current crack number to the catastrophic crack number. The relationship between surface crack and internal fracture state is established with numerical simulations on a series of typical slopes. The study shows that there exists an obvious complementary effect between fracture degree of the surface and fracture degree of the slip surface, which can help to find the critical state of a slope through crack on the earth surface. Introduction For landslide analysis, there have been lots of methods, among which the most widely used include limit equilibrium method[1,2], strength reduction method[3,4], and etc. The limit equilibrium method is an effective way to analysis the stability of a slope and has been successfully used in many practical engineering problems. The core concept of this method is to divide the whole slope body into a series of straight rigid blocks, and determine the safety factor according to force equilibrium on the slip surface. Strength reduction method has considered the deformation and stress-strain relationship of the slope with finite element method(FEM). Slope with complex landform and geological conditions can also be calculated. Since fracture is an essential feature in the evolution process during landslide disasters, stability analysis method considering fracture gets more and more attention. With the development of computer science, numerical simulation becomes a powerful tool in slope stability analysis. Discrete element method proposed by Cundull[5] could describe the discontinuous behavior of the joint body, which is widely used in rock mechanics and slope engineering[6,7]. Discontinuous deformation analysis(DDA) introduced by Shi[8] is another effective method to investigate the fracture of a slope, and numerical expression of this method is more rigorous. Li[9,10] introduced a numerical method called continuum-discontinuum element method(CDEM), which coupled FEM and DEM. With this method, the continuous body is calculated with FEM and the boundary of block is calculated with DEM. CDEM is suitable to describe the growth of cracks and simulate the progressive failure process of the landslide. The evolution of cracks on the earth surface can usually be observed during different stages of a landslide. Surface cracks could be a clear message that would reveal the current state of a slope. The number of surface cracks should reflect the damage degree of a geologic body and the state of internal force during failure process. The information obtained from surface cracks contains displacement field of the earth surface, which is more informative comparing to the monitoring points. Surface cracks will influence the effect of rainfall, since cracks could help water permeate into the geologic body. Fatigue analysis of a railway vehicle axle-box hydraulic damper was carried out in this study. The damping force profiles under nominal and actual in-service load conditions were simulated, and the corresponding load spectra were obtained using the rain-flow cycle counting approach. Further fatigue analyses of the hydraulic damper under nominal and actual in-service load spectra and with welding imperfections were conducted. Results demonstrate that the maximum local stress of the damper would increase and fatigue life would be remarkably reduced when using the actual in-service load spectra. If the damper also has multiple welding imperfections, such as with porosities and misalignment of parts, the damper would be readily subject to premature failures. For this reason, many current high-speed rail hydraulic dampers are still subject to premature failures despite being designed to nominal load cases. Based on the grey prediction method, this paper studies the future passenger throughput of the Capital International Airport and the Beijing New Airport. In this paper, the traditional grey prediction model is improved and the passenger throughput of the two airports from 2019 to 2025 is predicted and analyzed. The prediction results show that the improved grey model can improve the accuracy and reduce the prediction error. Introduction The prediction of airport passenger throughput is the basic premise of airport and airline operation, and also an important basis for airport resource allocation. The accuracy of prediction results affects the scale of airport construction and expansion directly. This paper improves the grey model and predicts the passenger throughput of the Capital International Airport and the Beijing New Airport from 2019 to 2025, provides a reference for the future operation and management of the two airports. Prediction methods can be roughly divided into: qualitative analysis [1], trend extrapolation [2], econometric [3], combination prediction method [4-5], etc. Different prediction methods can be used depending on the predicted scene and the predicted data. Grey prediction model (GM) is a time series model based on grey theory, which is used to deal with uncertain and rough data sets. “Grey” reveals an unclear system [6]. Grey theory can deal with incomplete and discrete data. [7], GM model is more robust to noise data and missing data [8]. This model has been proved [9] to be superior to other prediction methods in the processing of short-term prediction. For a long-term prediction, the original GM model needs to be improved. From this point of view, many predictions are for short-term predictions, and there are fewer improvements to the model. Due to the few data of the Capital International Airport and the Beijing New Airport, the grey prediction model can better fit its data development trend, so this paper uses the grey model for prediction and improves the accuracy of the model. Seafarer intermediary agencies play a very important role in the market and play an important role in the circulation of seafarer labor and the allocation of seafarer labor resources. Background : To understand the occurrence trend of earthquake casualties and identify key risk factors. Methods : We constructed a dynamic estimation model to analyze and simulate the occurrence of casualties after earthquakes and to predict the influence of earthquake magnitude and rescue team arrival speed on incidence of injuries and deaths. The model was conducted in MATLAB software. Results : In general, half the total casualties are usually certified in the first 23 hours after an earthquake; 80 percent of all casualties of an earthquake are usually certified in the first 77 hours after an incident, and usually 164 hours after an incident 99 percent of the total deaths are certified and the death toll tends to stabilize. If all rescuers arrive in earthquake-stricken areas in the first three days after an earthquake, casualty status can be greatly improved. The simulation results show that the method is effective and can provide new ideas for target tactical intention recognition. Introduction In view of situation assessment, the Joint Council of Laboratories of the United States Department of Defense (JDL) proposed a multi-level hierarchical battlefield information model and a relatively recognized definition of battlefield situation assessment [1], which has an important impact on understanding situation assessment, and also provides a reference for scholars in various countries to carry out relevant research. Target tactical intention recognition[2] has always been a research difficulty in this field, mainly because there are many uncertain factors in target intent recognition. Bayesian network[3] is one of the most effective probabilistic relational image description models in uncertain knowledge representation and probabilistic reasoning. Professor Pearl establishes the basic theory system of Bayes network[4], uses the characteristics of Bayesian network to gather and identify, and determines the direction of some edges based on Bayes statistics and graph theory. Traditional Bayesian networks[5] refer to static Bayesian networks, which do not provide a direct way to express time dependence. Dynamic Bayesian network[6] (DBN)adds time dimension to traditional static Bayesian network. In addition, because the reasoning and learning process of continuous Bayesian network is more complex, and in practical application, Bayesian network of continuous nodes and Bayesian network of mixed nodes are widespread. In order to make full use of the advantage of fuzzy set theory in discretization of continuous variables, the clear node variables of dynamic Bayesian network are extended to the fuzzy node variables. The method of fuzzy dynamic Bayesian network is applied to reasoning learning of battlefield target tactical intention recognition. Mathematical Description of Tactical Intention Recognition Tactical intentions of targets are hidden in specific actions or behaviors of targets, and can not be observed directly. Therefore, the process of inference of target intentions can be carried out according to the information acquired, the principles of tactical use, the methods of use and the commonly used domain experience knowledge, combined with the observed target actions and behavior patterns.
