Localization is an important issue in WSN because sensor nodes are randomly scattered over a region. They get connected into network by themselves. A reliable and low cost localization method will provide great advantage for the application of WSN in large area with sparse nodes. In this paper, a distributed multi-coordinate (DMC) localization algorithm is proposed. DMC is a range-free approach, using a small number of nodes and anchor nodes. By using the information received from each beacon in multi-coordinate systems, each node can obtain the approximated center of intersection of the multi-arc-area, and consider the approximated center as its position estimate. At present, there are a lot of methods to solve this problem, but with the increase of the scale of this problem, most methods face the difficult problem of \"combination exploding\". This paper combines Multi-Agent theory and MSM-PGA (Master-slaver Model Parallel Genetic Algorithm) together, form one MSM-PGA Multi-Agent union. This union solves the TSP by the coordination between many Agents inside the union. To increase the performance of maneuvering target tracking and fusion two efforts are made. On the one hand, more appropriate target motion model and observation model based on geodetic coordinate system are provided, on the other hand, by combining the square root-unscented Kalman filter methodology and the information filter framework, a decentralized fusion algorithm denoted as DSR-UKF is developed. The proposed algorithm can unify tracking and fusion algorithms in short range, intermediate range and long-distance circumstances, and simplifies the system information flow for target calculation. Fractal dimensions of pore section border and pore size distribution were measured and calculated by the slit island process. Regression method was used to analyse the correlation between the fractal dimension and applied pressure. Results showed that the fractal characteristic of pore structure of sesame cake was obvious, the pore structure and its fractal dimension were significantly affected by applied pressure. There existed good linear correlations between applied pressure and fractal dimensions of the pore section border and pore size distribution. Their fractal dimension values decreased significantly with increasing applied pressure. After detail research, some results have been concluded: (1) In order to increase the standard of scientific and technical output in six provinces, we have to pay fully attention to increasing not only the expenditures for S&T activities, but the total amount of scientists and engineers. (2) Based on the degree of grey incidence calculated, we come to a conclusion that the level of efficiency of regional scientific and technical output of six provinces descends from the top to the low as follows: Hubei, Hunan, Anhui, Jiangxi, Shanxi, Henan.
