Abstract

Based on the statistics in 2005 from six provinces in the central region of China released by National Bureau of Statistics of China, this paper applies grey incidence analysis to analyze the cause and efficiency of regional scientific and technical output. 区域科技产出成因与效率研究——以中国六省为例
本文以中国国家统计局2005年中部六省的统计数据为基础,运用灰色关联分析法对区域科技产出的成因和效率进行了分析。结果表明:(1)六省要提高科技产出水平,不仅要增加科技活动经费,而且要增加科技人员总数。(2)根据灰色关联度计算,得出湖北、湖南、安徽、江西、山西、河南6个省区科技产出效率水平由高到低的结论。研究结果表明,该方法可为政府制定适当的科技政策提供有价值的信息。
