However, coping with object-oriented execution traces is a very difficult task. In particular, because of coupling, current object-oriented systems lead to form a very complicated interwoven lattice of dependencies which is known as “Spaghetti Architectures” phenomenon. Therefore, trace reduction techniques are used to make execution traces more tractable and less difficult. This research focuses on establishing a trace simplification framework that depends on decoupling. Decoupling is a very useful in reducing the complexity of execution traces for comprehension process. In particular, decoupling could truthfully lessen the problem of “Spaghetti Architectures” phenomenon without removing trace components and creating several holes and gaps in trace structure. For this purpose, a set of related challenges is posed and addressed in order to develop the framework properly. The framework is based on combination of three components namely, scope filtering, utility detection, and utility decoupling components.","PeriodicalId":102480,"journal":{"name":"2017 8th International Conference on Information Technology (ICIT)","volume":"44 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134151851","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Since generating such sequence diagrams is performed manually, automated or semi-automated support is beneficial in providing important and practical help. In this paper, a new semi-automated approach for generating sequence diagrams from user requirements written in Arabic is proposed. In this novel approach, the used Arabic requirements are parsed using a natural language processing tool to generate corresponding part of speech. A set of proposed heuristics are to be applied to obtain the sequence diagram components; objects, messages and work flow transitions (messages). The generated sequence diagram is represented using XMI to be drawn using sequence diagrams drawing tools. Using three different case studies as a benchmark from Isra Computer and Programming Company, the proposed approach is evaluated in terms of correctness and completeness of participants and messages exchanged between them.","PeriodicalId":102480,"journal":{"name":"2017 8th International Conference on Information Technology (ICIT)","volume":"100 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132961611","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Frequent changes in the software system with lack of documentation lead to the increase in the cost of maintenance. For this reason an important step for software maintenance is detecting patterns from the source code to provide relevant information that can help in understanding the system design and improve its documentation. Design patterns help maintainers and developers to understand the implementation of any software system which make software maintenance process faster and well-informed. Also it decreases the time and efforts that are needed in learning the software. Detecting patterns is not an easy task because the nature of design patterns. This research introduces a detection process based on software domains. This work is done through collecting five different domains for Java open source code. The dynamic analysis approach is used in extracting patterns. The experimental results showed that there are existing some common patterns between source codes which have the same domain in some source codes.","PeriodicalId":102480,"journal":{"name":"2017 8th International Conference on Information Technology (ICIT)","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123195544","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Protein53 (p53) has a prominent role in the cell cycle and cancer prevention; it functions as a transcription factor and binds with p53 REs in the DNA. The identification of p53 response elements enlightens the unknown functions and characteristics of p53 besides the genes containing binding sites. In this work, we have proposed an algorithm for validating the prediction of the possible p53 binding sites in the human genome, by incorporating the recent findings on the p53 REs into our suggested profile hidden Markov model (PHMM). We constructed two PHMMs and the results described in this paper are very promising. In the experiments, we have used the p53 REs data reported by Riley et al. The DIBR takes from the content provider side a monoscopic center view and an associated per-pixel depth map, and renders virtual left-eye and right-eye views at the 3D content consumer side. As with other multimedia contents, the center view, and the synthesized left-eye and right-eye views, can be easily duplicated and illegally distributed. Therefore, copyright protection of the three DIBR views must be preserved in this paper, a blind, robust, and imperceptible watermarking algorithm for DIBR images is proposed. The proposed algorithm is based on the steerable pyramid and the discrete cosine transform. The Zernike Moments are also used to increase the robustness of the watermarking scheme. The performance of the algorithm is evaluated with respect to visual quality and robustness of the watermarked DIBR images. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm offers high visual quality, and is robust against common signal processing attacks. A comparison is made with existing DIBR 3D image watermarking algorithms to demonstrate the efficiency and competiveness of the proposed algorithm.","PeriodicalId":102480,"journal":{"name":"2017 8th International Conference on Information Technology (ICIT)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123905722","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The aim of this paper is to study a well-known anomaly detection technique on the “Short Message Service Centre” server, used in the telecommunications field to handle and store messages. This server was studied in details, a script was written to gather all the required data that went through a cleaning phase and a labeling process after being deeply analyzed. The decision tree algorithm was chosen to be implemented, and it originally gave a precision of 98.82%. After performing different types of tuning and optimization, the precision reached 99.38% with an effective accuracy of 99.98%. Our approach proved that the application on this type of servers is efficient and leads to very good results, which can also be improved in future studies.","PeriodicalId":102480,"journal":{"name":"2017 8th International Conference on Information Technology (ICIT)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122531021","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The FPA is a nature-inspired metaheuristic algorithm based on the pollination process of flowers flowering plants. MSA is an alignment of three or more sequences. MSA is used in many applications such as protein structure prediction, phylogenetic analysis, and genome primer identification. In research of MSA, a challenging problem is how to find the MSA that maximises the SP (Sum-of-Pairs) score. This problem is an NP-complete problem. This proposed work adapts the FPA to optimize the SP score of MSA method. The prelim results show that applying basic FPA on MSA still has room for improvement in terms of accuracy for SP score to reach global solution.","PeriodicalId":102480,"journal":{"name":"2017 8th International Conference on Information Technology (ICIT)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130725124","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
