Not everything found on the Web is true and the semantic Web does not change that in any way. The problem will be even more crucial for the semantic Web, where agents will be integrating and using information from multiple sources. Statements published on the semantic Web have to be seen as claims rather than as facts, and there should be a way to decide which among many possibly inconsistent sources is most reliable. In this work, we propose a trust model for the semantic Web. The proposed model is inspired by the use trust in human society. Trust is a type of social knowledge and encodes evaluations about which agents can be taken as reliable sources of information or services. This paper overcomes the shortcoming of traditional linear agricultural information degree evaluation method, proposes a BP neural network evaluating method based on the multistage dynamic fuzzy judgment, takes the multistage dynamic fuzzy judgment as the sampling foundation, uses the BP neural network principle to establish evaluation model. This method not only can exert the unique advantages ofBP neural network, but also overcome the difficulty of seeking the high grade training sample data. Web traffic has increased tremendously since the beginning of the 1990 s. With the significant increase of Web traffic, caching techniques are applied to Web caching to reduce network traffic, user-perceived latency, and server load by caching the documents in local proxies. In this paper, we analyzed both advantages and disadvantages of some current Web cache replacement algorithms including lowest relative value algorithm, least weighted usage algorithm and least unified-value (LUV) algorithm. Based on our analysis, we proposed a new algorithm, called least grade replacement (LGR), which takes recency, frequency, perfect-history, and document size into account for Web cache optimization. The optimal recency coefficients were determined by using 2- and 4-way set associative caches. The cache size was varied from 32 k to 256 k in the simulation. The paper is to increase understanding of the determinants for adoption of e-commerce in SCM within the China manufacture industry, and to test the value of e-commerce in supply chain structure. This study proposes that there is a positive relationship between e-commerce and SCM and that firms with a seamless integration between e-commerce and SCM will be more successful. Content analysis of directorate's report in annual report to shareholders of 138 manufacture firms was conducted to collect data. Meantime, the function of the multiunit e-auctions, which reflects the multiunit e-auction of auctioneers' loss aversion, is established. Then an analysis of the static comparison is made to the influence of the loss aversion coefficient on the optimal length of auction, the number of optimal auction, as well as the prospective goal. The results showed the shortcuts and page-turning keys both had significant effects on user's performance. The interaction between the two also reached significance. Framework of information processing, definitions of the concepts, regression equations, and economic evaluation of Intelligent Information System were discussed. Factors, including users' ability to understand, improvement of mathematical models, evaluation of production cost, and adaptation to changing environment, affect the efficiency of the intelligent information system. We propose a practical approach for this task by identifying the sentences with high query-relevant and high information density. This paper introduces a statistical model for query-relevant summarization: adopt Word overlap feature to capture the power of correlation with the query and mine the relations between the sentences. While the first is executed by computing semantic similarity between the sentence and the query, and the other is executed by using semantic graph. Then these two kinds of features are blessed to score each sentence. At last with the help of MMR for reducing redundancy, we get the summary.
