First,skin color model in the YCbCr chrominance space is built to segment the non-skin-color pixels from the image. Then, mathematical morphological operators are used to remove noisy regions and fill holes in the skin-color region, so we can extract candidate human face regions. Finally, these face candidates are scanned by cascade classifier based on AdaBoost for more accurate face detection. This system detects human face in different scales, various poses, different expressions, lighting conditions, and orientation. Traditional forecasting methods are no longer suitable for these business situations. This research used the principles of data mining to cluster customer segments by using k-means algorithm and data from Web log of various e-commerce Websites. But it uses the fixed ( t -1 )th degree Lagrange interpolation polynomial whenever p les t or p > t while Yang et al.' scheme employs the (t-1), (p-1)th degree Lagrange interpolation polynomial when p les t, p > t, respectively. In this paper, a new scheme (inertial gyrocompass system) is designed to realize high accuracy INS on the basis of low accuracy float gyros and velocity information of Doppler log. By choosing optimal 2-order horizontal damping network and 1-order azimuth damping network and designing logical damping parameter, the positioning error caused by gyro drift can be eliminated to a large extent. One such challenge is from the use of a great deal of abbreviations. Extracting abbreviations and their definitions accurately is very helpful to biologists and also facilitates biomedical text analysis. Among existing approaches, text alignment algorithms are simple, effective and require no training data. However, state of the art alignment algorithms could not identify the definitions of irregular abbreviations (e.g., <CNS1, cyclophilin seven suppressor>). The parameter inverse problem of constitutive model was proposed using improved particles swarm optimization. Numerical simulations of creep of soybean and cottonseed were carried out. The definition of critical pressing time for oil extraction and the method for determining the critical pressing time using creep rate were proposed. The values of critical pressing time for extruded soybean and cottonseed under six applied pressures were evaluated. Results indicated that the nonlinear viscoelastic-plastic constitutive model could simulate rheological behaviors of soybean and cottonseed very well. Mean relative deviations between the experimental and predicted values of soybean and cottonseed were 1.55% and 1.93%, respectively. Particularly it studies on the dot-line-section principle of technology amalgamation-industry Amalgamation- regional innovation; on diffusion path and value mode of high technology in the integrated innovation of technology amalgamation-industry amalgamation-regional innovation. Consequently it draws the conclusion that regional innovation networks should be constructed specifically by computer and management combined integrative instruments.
