Framework of information processing, definitions of the concepts, regression equations, and economic evaluation of Intelligent Information System were discussed. Factors, including users' ability to understand, improvement of mathematical models, evaluation of production cost, and adaptation to changing environment, affect the efficiency of the intelligent information system.
