Satisfacción en un servicio de urgencias según el sistema de aseguramiento en salud 根据健康保障体系对紧急服务的满意度

This study aims to validate and analyse the results of a quality of care questionnaire to assess the level of satisfaction of patients attended in the emergency department of a high complexity hospital.</p></div><div><h3>Methods</h3><p>Observational, cross-sectional study, with a questionnaire designed to assess the quality of service and satisfaction at the end of care in the emergency department. Descriptive statistics of scale were established and presented, as well as determining the construct validity, overall reliability, internal and concurrent validity of an overall against a uni-dimensional scale.</p></div><div><h3>Results</h3><p>A total of 5,961 records were reviewed, most of them (77.3%) reported by patients in the Mandatory Health Plan. High levels of satisfaction overall and by subgroups were found. There were no significant differences between subgroups, with 86.8 for those with Pre-paid Medical Care Plan and 84.4 for mandatory health plan. Cronbach's alpha for the questionnaire was 0.90.</p></div><div><h3>Conclusions</h3><p>The questionnaire proved to be reliable and valid in determining the quality and satisfaction with care. The results showed high levels of satisfaction overall and in the domains. A low consistency between the results of the multidimensional and unidimensional satisfaction scales suggests that there were aspects of satisfaction not investigated on the multidimensional scale. Gonzalez-Rangel","doi":"10.1016/j.cali.2016.09.003","DOIUrl":"10.1016/j.cali.2016.09.003","url":null,"abstract":"<div><h3>Objective</h3><p>To identify the characteristics of the published clinical practice guidelines for the management of epithelial ovarian cancer that suggest a good methodological quality.</p></div><div><h3>Material and methods</h3><p>A literature review was performed on 25 clinical practice guidelines for epithelial ovarian cancer that were identified in different databases (MEDLINE, Guidelines International Network, National Guidelines Clearing house) published between 2007 and 2014. The quality of the guidelines was evaluated using the Appraisal of Guidelines Research and Evaluation <span>II</span> tool. Descriptive and bivariate analyses were performed to assess the association between the quality of the guidelines and of some of their features and their developers.</p></div><div><h3>Results</h3><p>Just under half (48%) of the guidelines were rated as low quality. Scientific societies or independent centres and private funding, or under-reporting the source of funding, were statistically associated with lower quality of clinical practice guidelines (<em>P</em> <!-->&lt;<!--> <!-->.01). Rocha Hurtado","doi":"10.1016/j.cali.2016.10.003","DOIUrl":"10.1016/j.cali.2016.10.003","url":null,"abstract":"<div><h3>Objective</h3><p>To perform a benchmarking on the safe identification of hospital patients involved in “Club de las tres C” (<em>Calidez, Calidad y Cuidados</em>) in order to prepare a common procedure for this process.</p></div><div><h3>Material and methods</h3><p>A descriptive study was conducted on the patient identification process in palliative care and stroke units in 5<!--> <!-->medium-stay hospitals. The following steps were carried out: Data collection from each hospital; organisation and data analysis, and preparation of a common procedure for this process.</p></div><div><h3>Results</h3><p>The data obtained for the safe identification of all stroke patients were: hospital 1 (93%), hospital 2 (93.1%), hospital 3 (100%), and hospital 5 (93.4%), and for the palliative care process: hospital 1 (93%), hospital 2 (92.3%), hospital 3 (92%), hospital 4 (98.3%), and hospital 5 (85.2%).</p></div><div><h3>Conclusions</h3><p>The aim of the study has been accomplished successfully. Benchmarking activities have been developed and knowledge on the patient identification process has been shared. All hospitals had good results.
